Every open and 212 pro uses roids. So basically the playing field is evened again. Whats sets the best apart are genetics diet and training. Even with gear the guys you see on stage are very genetically gifted and maximize the usage of those supplements.
Jon’s definitely right about doing a proper warm up as you get older. At some point you have to train for longevity as you improve when you get older
