- Week 3 of Meditate Upstate's 2020 Fall Meditation Series - "The Many Colors of Meditation." This class consists of learning topics focused around the First (Mooladhara) and Second (Swadhisthana) Energy Centers, or "Chakras." Additionally, instructions are given regarding how the Footsoaking technique can be incorporated into your meditation routine. This class culminates with a 20-minute Guided Meditation session (21:53 - 40:30), tips on how to meditate at home, answers to various questions, and an introduction to the next class in this series.
