I have one too. You didnt even get max MPH out of it. Lay off the throttle, dont touch it. Go thru the motor gears using your pedals. In gear 5 with pedaling you can get up to 29.4 MPH. The throttle is only used to get you going from stop or when needed in a gap. Pedal assist will get you going much faster. In gear 5 you wont even be helping the bike move forward but still pedal even slowly and the pedal assist will get you MOVING!

Got the rose pink color for my mom just the other day. Engwe offers a discount code to get an extra $100 off, so I was able to get it for her for $699. The price has gone up to $850, but with a discounted code making it $750, no tax and free delivery is still a good deal for this bike. For smaller riders like my mom, I would recommend flipping the neck of the handle bars around 180° bringing them closer to your body so that you're not having to hunch over while you ride. Also, there is lever under the seat that folds it so you can remove the battery.👍 I also have the Engwe Engine Pro and with this bike you can feel the extra voltage, but they just recently came out with the 52v version with the Engine pro with a fancy new torque sensor. Curious on how that compares. 🤔
