I really appreciate it when older stamp sets are used again - we seem to get so little use of our stamps as we're concentrating on what's new. Thank you for a lovely card.
It will rain the whole weekend in south Florida and there no beach for me. First some cleaning and then Gina K stamps are on my horizon. Want to experiment with several things
I love the colors on this card. I can think of lots of different versions using this technique. Your lives are a lot of fun, but don’t stop your 5 minute cards. There are always times when time is the one ingredient lacking!
I really like this idea! Using this concept and a few changes, I could make lots of different cards. This could make a quick sympathy card plus many other types. Thanks Gina.
Love how the black sentiment tied beautifully with your black skinny border. I’m loving this… my brain is already considering other stamps sets from the Christmas kit a couple of years ago with the banner opening in the center for quick and easy, yet elegant Christmas cards this year. Thanks for sharing your creativity and inspiration with us. Have a great day! 🙂
Yes, love how easy and beautiful it looks. I don't have that particular stamp🤔...but it's been on mywishlist for a while...I guess it's time to get it 😃❤
Thanks for another beautiful card idea! Since you “started” the whole Chuckie tool craze, I’m curious if your Misty door has shown any wear? Thanks so much! 😊
I've looked through all my stamps and don't seem to have anything that is symmetrical. I think, with some patience and a peaceful half hour, I could construct a design, using my littlest stamps. I'll give it a try later today.
Linda she calls that her Chuckie, because her neighbor Chuck made it for her. There are many people on Etsy who sell different versions of this tool. Basically it is a stamp positioner, pressure tool. The one that many of the big names use is called the Debbie tool. It has a clear doorknob on top of the wood base. There are many versions where people make them from the lid of a glass candle jar. Many people also use a dry eraser, the felt on the bottom helps them slide over the Mistie lid. I have even seen some use a large rock that one of their children painted. Hope this has helped.

Hi! That’s a beautiful idea for a card. I love that tool you’re using with the Misti. What is it called?

@@Cards4Cancer Thank you very much for that response!
