BTS debuted in June 2013. Their debut song is No More Dream. They started out as a hip-hop group but have experimented various genres. They have a huge discography of around 240+ songs covering various genres. Steve Aoki and BTS have 2 more collaborations, Waste It On Me and The Truth Untold. BTS and Steve Aoki are very good friends.😊

In short I'll say this song is dedicated to BTS haters. This song insinuates haters who once sneered and doubted the ability of BTS to achieve success both in South Korea and on a global scale. From this song you can learn not to underestimate someone's dream even though it sounds impossible though🙌🏼
BTS are one of biggest musicians of our time without a doubt.
Thank you for addressing the vicious and unjustified hate they get everyday just because some people think being ignorant assholes is "cool" for some reason. Lol.
We have been fighting through all these people from the day they debuted because industry cannot swallow that someone is actually talented, making good music by themselves and are on top, without feeding money to radio stations and manipulating charts.
And people, especially men, could not swallow that these 7 men who dosen't follow typical standards of toxic masculinity, express emotions freely, dosen't write and perform songs with misogynistic lyrics and do NOT downplay there female following to seek male validation, can actually exist and thrive at such an unimaginable and global scale.
The biggest reason why BTS gets so hate is that they are entirely unproblematic, are outstanding artists, spread positive messages and people actually genuinely love them.
They are hated because there is entirely nothing you can hate them for. Its all just result of jealousy, insecurity, illiteracy, xenophobia, homophobia and racism, not due to something that BTS did.

Mic Drop original is in Love yourself: her album. And this remix is done by Steve Akoi which is from repackage album Love yourself: Answer. Steve Akoi has worked on another song called The Truth untold which is very different and for vocal line of BTS. We were surprised that Steve Akoi can deliver such song. And this song is from Love Yourself: Tear Album. My recommendation watch live performance and lyrics video too. Because lyrics will give you understanding and feel in depth, and live performances will give you power of vocal like even dancing hard vocals never change. Some people say they eat cds. And if you guys love rap songs then some have so deep meaning and word play, we have to watch Korean guy explaining. Like Ugh, Ddaeng and Spine Breaker.
