Papyrus has a similar look to him, messed up face, hunched back, stuff like that, so assuming he truly is an IT, which it seems he is, that would mean we have two good and evil civilized ITs.
I wish I had discovered this sooner. This is the only AU I find myself genuinely interested in. I feel the best comparison to make is that it's to Undertale what .flow is to the original Yume Nikki. I love it.

i can't remember where i have seen the source and i'm not really sure if it's right or not but basically the source that i get help_tale's information said that this universe is the universe where everything is fucked beyond saving, and every AU characters in there amalgamates into one body (multiple souls in one body), and when you release all the souls out of that one body, it won't be long until they re-amalgamate again, so it would be kinda impossible to restore this universe to what it once is
The first two minutes of this are actually sort of... cute? You have this literal hole-in-the-wall home sort of place where all the Endogenys hang out. And the little spaghetti dog is sort of cute
i'd like to imagine the black being is hooded and is actually Fr_sk, but much older, and probably has some mechanic augmentations from probably past battles and getting injured alot this presumed "Future Fr_sk" has probably more experience in fighting seeing how he dodges all those attacks despite being overwhelmed by the shit ton of blasters
