- From the 12-inch vinyl single from 1984. The song, originally from Elton's "Breaking Hearts" album, was a top ten single in England. Along with Elton, lyricist Bernie Taupin, and guitarist Davey Johnstone, songwriting credit is also given to South African Phineas MkHize, because Elton based the song on MkHize's 1960s song "Isonto Lezayoni". Taupin's lyrics became a political statement calling for the desegregation of public transportation in South Africa.
