A "quick" 8 minute spin on a rebuilt 1964 Vespa v90. Cylinder is bored to 1st over and the ignition is changed out to an external coil, v90 2nd series type. No electronic ignitions are in the market for the these early engines.

Nice scooter. I've got a 1977 Vespa P125X.
It sounds like you need to replace your gear cruciform. Gear change is very bangey.
