Mine breast cancer started with an opening developed in my armpit. It drains constantly. More so after a chemo. At first I was clear then after getting on paxol it turned pee yellow.
They gave me red devil at first with other chemo. Then the 12 week paxol. Once a week for 12 weeks but after the 4th infusion they added what they called a Taxol booster. Do you have a video on that? I been on that with the Taxol now for weeks 5-11. I got one more treatment. Then surgery. Double mamensiony(not spelled right).
I had triple negative breast cancer. I knew about the growth last November, dumb doctor at quick Mart med stop thought it was a cyst swollen with a gallon of water building up.

This is really helpful, thank you. I was also wondering, How does paclitaxel affect the normal cells?

I work with this drug somewhat and can give a basic answer.
It affects normal cells in the same way; (nearly) all cells undergo regular cell division, so this mitotic arrest -> cell death mechanism occurs in your normal cells as well, hence the toxicity of the drug. But due to the very high cell division of cancer cells relative to normal cells, the cancer cells are presumed to undergo a far greater amount of mitoses due to their higher proportion, and often also have aberrant repair pathways. These lead to the drug being disproportionally more effective in cancer cells relative to the normal cells.
There is much more nuance to this mechanism, but that is the basic principle.
