Managed by the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership, the Palm Springs Innovation Hub (iHub) is a state-recognized business incubator supported by funding from City of Palm Springs. It supports early-stage companies in renewable energy, health and medicine, and digital technology sectors. Additionally, the iHub hosts the Palm Springs Accelerator Campus, which is tailored to minimize startup risks and enhance the chances of business success and growth. The iHub's objectives include driving transformation in the greater Palm Springs economy by fostering innovative enterprises, attracting companies in renewable energy, creating high-value jobs in tech and manufacturing, and developing competitive programs for the global market, among others.
A prime example of innovation at the iHub is Hello Computer, Inc., led by CEO Rossana Jeran, which has developed an AI-driven content engine for use in education, literacy, and entertainment.
