I’d like the 10cu ft 12v compressor fridge… it’s almost the same dimensions (just taller) so you could still have a good pantry! The no-knee-knocker seems like an no-brainer but many others do the double pole routine!
Hey , Josh, I really like this floor plan . A king bed in a under 30 foot motor home . I think I like the pantry and smaller fridge , and I really like the decor . Thanks for sharing .
I love pantry space as well as that extra closet for possible linen storage. This is the perfect floorplan to be with the exception of the bed I do love a travel friendly bed. Great job as always.
The smaller fridge with pantry is my personal choice. Once again, you do a great job highlighting the RV. It’s really beautiful and I love the darker tones in the bathroom and bedroom. Well done, JaycoRVs!!
I realize this is several months old Josh, but as a fellow Michigander, (in the greater Detroit area no less) also on strict lock-down. Seriously, your video library is one of my lifelines! I’ve always enjoyed watching them but now they’re honestly one of the things getting me through the day without tears during isolation. You’re question about fridge/pantry/wardrobe was interesting. I have that size fridge/freezer in my Winnebago travel trailer, and am always surprised by how much I can get into it (if even one meal was prepped at home and popped in the freezer, we could go days and be fine). I wouldn’t give up the pantry. I also personally don’t want to mix kitchen stuff with clothing, as in “share” wardrobe with food stuffs. Blessings to you and your family during these tough times. 💜
First of all... Happy Easter!! Thank you for sharing something kind today! Remember we're ready when you're ready, and if nothing else enjoy the entertainment! Hit that share button now and then & #HelpHaylettHit100K
I would love to move into this beautiful RV! It's perfect! I really hope Jayco keeps up with the lighter Farmhouse decor with the black hardware and white marble counters!
I love that you said partner instead of wife, very PC of you. My husband appreciates it, I normally don't notice things like that myself. Excellent layout on this model! Keep up the great work!
Everybody camps. That's what I've learned. We're all just looking for the same thing -- a little time to recharge our batteries and live our best lives. Happy Camping Brett!
Most Americans are overweight. Keep the small fridge and save the weight. Love the farmhouse. Currently saving for the 2020 jayco whitehawk 32rl in farmhouse with the power massage theater seating!
Love your attention to detail and lots of additional info you always give on your reviews. Thanks Josh an wishing you much continued success and happiness!
I like the motorhome. It's definitely different. I have a ton of ideas running through my head of various improvements to make it more suited to my tastes. Solar is a huge must for me, and I see some possibilities there with plenty of space for a nice sized inverter and some beautiful blue battle born batteries with enough space on the roof for at least 2 good sized panels.
I think there's enough territory on the roof for three or four good size panels. I think where the solar hookup in that compartment would be a great place for a 2K or 3K inverter/converter, probably would put a pair of those lovely blue Li batteries in the same compartment if they would fit. I like this rig..............lots of good possibilities :) The fridge would get switched out for possibly a Nova Kool fridge or at least a Amish conversion........those LP/elec. fire box's scare the heck out of me..............and I'm not afraid of anything! LoL ;)
Love the pantry and the fridge perfect very nice love 💕 the floor plan the colors all of it the bathroom is really nice they definitely made a beautiful coach
I’d opt for the smaller fridge and pantry. Like most campers I have a nice cooler for beverages that relieves pressure on the fridge. I really love this floor plan. Perfect couples RV with more than adequate space for a guest or two. Thanks
I think I would prefer the larger fridge but I also think most people would prefer the smaller fridge and pantry. Personally I wouldn't have enough clothes to need so much wardrobe space so using part of that for food storage wouldn't be a problem. Also the farm house decor looks great and seriously stands out in the gas class c market.
Im not gonna be buying something this nice anytime soon but somewhere down the line if this is still in production, this is THE rig for me. I can see myself possibly even living out of it.
I like it the way it is, for a couple with maybe occasional guests the smaller fridge should be fine, if you lose the pantry space you'll be storing dry goods in the bedroom. 7500 pounds is a great towing capacity, I'm impressed.
Hey Josh... really liked and enjoyed your presentation of this item. Definitely in the shopping of a class C. Been looking at LOTS of different units. I currently have a bumper pull to trade. It’s never been used. Bought it thinking I would enjoy pulling. Realized should of gotten a driveable.
I like the pantry. Cold storage is nice but the pantry storage can be utilized in other ways especially when u have kids who want their own little territory.
From experience, larger fridge & freezer space always! I use containers that have fold out fronts up on the bed over the cab as pantry space anyway. :-)
I sure wish Jayco would modernize and start using Azdel in their Greyhawk. They have the best front cap in the market but Winn. has upgraded their front cap and added Azdel. Time for Jayco/Entegra to step ahead again.
Love this RC but outside storage is missing. You only have one medium size storage that could fit a few lounge chairs. Where are you going to put your bbq, outside table, firewood, ice chests, rug etc etc. guess you have to jam it all inside.
I LOVE THIS ONE, I'm not a fan of slide outs. How ever hmmm i can't believe i think i might have finally found the one, after a year of looking, Now i have to think, lol
I'd like to see Jayco copy some of the leisure travel Unity floor plans on a 30 or 32 foot Ford E450, with the Italian cabinet s and a Murphy bed, and since you'd have an extra 5 or 6 feet extra room, add a 32 by 34 shower. Also, since Thor owns Jayco, give the greyhawk the outlaw 29s floorplan.
I like the pantry sharing with the fridge! Completely agree about lack of kitchen storage if it weren’t there. I do have a criticism; short RV with a king bed? I think it should be a queen.
Hi Josh. I'm new to this whole rv thing. I have never been on one. However, I think that the small fridge and pantry looks like it would work. The bigger fridge with no pantry would look like it's lacking and ironic enough if a bigger fridge is needed a pantry may also be needed.
I'm still trying to get my hands on some '21 updates for these. It MIGHT be something they're doing, but I cannot confirm at this time. I love what you're thinking here though. It would really be the best of both worlds!!
Per Jayco's options list the only sofa available on this model is the standard fold-down bi-fold sofa. There may be other sofas available on different models in the same way theater seating is available in some instances and not in others.
Fridge/freezer priority. We use more food that needs to stay cold or frozen. We do not eat many things that go in a pantry. In a pinch, the fridge could be used to store 'pantry' food items, but a pantry can not be used to store fridge or freezer food.
Love this unit, But have two questions. Is it a fiberglass roof and how far does thw TV pull out. Can a larger TV star be put in? Ps: I really enjoy your videos.
We actually took the time to even show you the fiberglass roofing near the end of the video and point out a few features up there. Regarding the TV: I would recommend speaking with our team at 800-256-5196. They can get you some pictures with the TV "put away" and pulled out, plus grab any measurements you might need. TH-cam's messaging system doesn't allow me to effectively answer your comments by saying things like "pretty far" unfortunately.
I have a Jayco Redhawk 31F that I LUV, however there are no storage cabinets over the banquette so I would NOT sacrifice the pantry near the fridge. The 8CF if better than the average 6CF fridge.
The pantry storage is important and the smaller fridge is ok. Since there is limited storage in the bathroom I would probably use the closet nearest the bathroom for linens, first aid supplies, extra towels, paper products, possibly cleaning supplies, and other items that won't fit in the bathroom. (We currently keep all of those items in the bathroom of our travel trailer) I am wondering about the folded bed. How comfortable is it? What if it needs to be replaced at some point? I generally don't like the idea of not being able to lay down without extending the slide but maybe others have an okay experience with that configuration?
I absolutely love this coach! Is there storage under dinette seats? Keep the pantry. Pantry needs to have roll out shelves. Not liking the underside of the awning being all white.
Neither are available on this model due to some sizing / placement restrictions on the sofa. The front cabinets/entertainment could POSSIBLY still be done, though. Our team could look into it for you of course if you wanted to contact them at www.haylettautoandrv.com/contact/
Josh. It's interesting that the shroud over the AC isn't white. You've commented how progressive and positive a white shroud is to keep inside temperatures down. Maybe you can make that point to the manufacturers who listen to you.
I agree actually and offered that feedback the day I noticed it. The good news is an A/C shroud swap is an easy thing for us to handle for a concerned client. Definitely nothing that should slow a person down.
As always, great walkthrough Josh. I noticed that all Jayco Class Cs employ those two C-shaped, walls next to the front seats, and I think they’re just not pleasing to look at. They looked mom and poppsyyish! Just my opinion. Are those load-bearing walls? If I were to buy this RV, I’d replace them with just straight lines, not curved, or just removed them (if not load bearing). Everything else is perfect!
@@laramie_1944 Oh -- the little visual divider walls behind the seats? Not load bearing to my knowledge, but we would want to verify for you before doing any removals.
We love your videos! very informative and you make me laugh too...keep up the good work. I love the farmhouse interior and am hoping to get the 29MV with the same. Do you have any on order?

I've seen you advertise about how some of the fifth-wheels are full time living rated but what about these c class rvs? I'm a widow living alone now in a fifth wheel but in hurricane country and am considering one of these so I can "head for the hills" when a storm is coming!
I will 100% admit that's something I don't have a good grasp on. We're so heavily slanted to towables here that I don't have nearly the "vision" of the motorized industry by comparison. I know none of the Jaycos we feature regularly have special full time RV allowances. I'm sure it's definitely something "out there" form other brands
Room for a stackable in that closet/pantry? Personally I'd remove the dining booth and pop in a fireplace with a televator & side storage.😬 How much bedrm storage would be gained with a reg or queen instead of a king? Fridge is fine but the residential stove would be nice. Personally I'd rather have storage than a microwave. (I've always brought along a lil toaster oven & crockpot. Most now are into the instapot things) Thinking since I'm not hauling kids - (if grandkids visit there are these things called tents! lol) Just my two cents for free!
There are not due to the presence of the seatbelt supports below the seating. Those supports allow for only very small drawers and cause a lot of storage space to basically be wasted.
I would rather have a larger refrigerator because that pantry was really deep and would be a pain to grab cans out of. I would also like a diesel engine. that bed and shower were extra nice.
Your videos are amazing sir! We were heavily considering a jayco 29.5 bhds but have begun considering a motor home. The 27u seems to be our Jam! Not to big, not to small, can tow a larger vehicle up to 7500lbs. What's the difference between the Jayco Grayhawk and Entegra (Jayco) oddesy/esteem 27u?
This is a beautiful rig, but I am searching for a 29MV. Live near Akron, OH and no one seems to have one for me to see in person. And yes, I am willing to come to Ml!
Josh, Important question for my family (wife and I), what alternatives to the E450/E350 cab based are there in the 26-30 ft Class C’s are there?? I don’t see many at all AND the Ford-cab passenger front seat has such restricted sideways leg room and limited length, that the pass/front seat is a SHOW STOPPER and Class C’s have been totally off the shopping list b/c of Fords cramped leg space next to the V10. Alternatives???? Thanks for the reviews and info!! On the kitchen storage, esp for the more National Park friendly length, I’m great keeping the pantry RIGHT WHERE IT IS. 8 cu ft is OK size. My wife and I use pantry space A LOT. And having it closer to the kitchen area is also KEY. Like Jayco’s layout.
Apologies, I am out of the office and this is a big brick of info. Working off my phone and unable to easily answer from here. Please contact our team at 800-256-5196
I’d like the 10cu ft 12v compressor fridge… it’s almost the same dimensions (just taller) so you could still have a good pantry! The no-knee-knocker seems like an no-brainer but many others do the double pole routine!

Josh, another excellent review! My wife and I are in the process of planning a 3 day trip in March-April 2020, just to check out your rv's!
It'll take three days just to review our inventory lol. I've never seen us this packed before!
Howdy. This is the first time I’ve watched your video. I did like and subscribe. I like the pantry in the kitchen. Great voice btw.

The hard sided pop out beds Love them things.

A very nice rv, Josh! Its cuddlicious!
Happy there is a pantry!! 😊
Incredible wardrobe

I like the pantry and smaller fridge. I would need more room for non-perishable items.
I dont like the bed folding thingie but that is good, u and haylet have something for everybody!!! Crazy size stock!!!

Have you seen their 2021 updates? th-cam.com/video/6T0VAvFFLuQ/w-d-xo.html
Josh we just purchased on of these from our local dealer in Texas. Do you know if there is a bracket that allows the tv to swivel further around?
Basically... Amazon is the answer
How does king bed fold. Mattress thickness?
Fabric hinge at the "ankle" area you'll never feel once set up.
Like it the way it is!
Is there storage at the table seats
There is some, but the seatbelt anchors for the dinette occupy some of that space as well.
I wish i had one for you. Thats the definitive “go to” layout in my book
Why do they not include a sliding pantry? The deep storage is great, but not easily accessed.
You'd have to ask them that because I love those things and would like to see them just about anywhere possible.
bigger fridge, definitely
I DO NOT want to defrost a refrigerator/freezer! But, I do want a large refrigerator! Which ones are best?
Since this was recorded 12v fridges have shown up in a BIG way. I think they'll be a good solution for models like this
Josh,
Important question for my family (wife and I), what alternatives to the E450/E350 cab based are there in the 26-30 ft Class C’s are there??
Please contact our team at 800-256-5196
Keep the pantry!
TY For your input!
