Thanks for this video, I just bought the same printer and couldn't figure out if I could just pull out the big piece of paper that I think was locking the cartridge in place. After watching you, I pulled it out no problem. Now I just have to figure out all the bull that HP was trying ake you download and stuff.

can you tell me why a flat surface is recommended for step 1
I was using a third party cartridge and the print stopped working after a month . Will I have to use an original HP cartridge
