    Okay I’m convinced. The Chipolo is a very clear winner. 😂

    Cool, I didn’t know about the chipolo at all. Unfortunately looks like they’re sold out, but I’ll keep my eye on it.

      Not really sold out, just delayed. Looks like if you order today, they will ship in April. I'm sure in a two or three months, it'll be on Amazon also.

      Their out of stock due to replacements due to defective cards.

    Yes, Tile now has the security features you mentioned. It is called Scan and Secure, where you can Scan for unknown Tiles. Also, you can setup a tile for Anti-Theft Mode. For the past year Tile had added many positive changes.

      Tile is a great tracker and is my go to trakcer for android users. I agree the've made new changes you mentioned (although not extreamly useful) but when they back track and make trackers with non-replaceable batteries and charge for important features everybody else gives for free, it puts a bad taste in the consumer's mouth.

    Suggesting that chipolo is charging $30 pack vs. Tile charging $15 per card, Tile is obviously the winner here because of price!

    • @TrackThisNThat
      @TrackThisNThat  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Get your facts and try again. What are you saying? They both retail for $35, but they both have sales on/off. But neither one has been as cheap as $15 unless you are renewing or buying used. The Chipolo Card Spot has 1 billion active apple users, and Tile has a few million. To each their own, but if you're an iPhone user, go for something that works on Apple's Find, like an AirTag (Chipolo, Pebblebee, etc.), but if you're an Android user, then go for Tile.

    Chipollo app works with android and ios devices.
    If you have an android you can choose the chipollo.

    • @TrackThisNThat
      @TrackThisNThat  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      No! These new "SPOT" Chipolo ONLY WORK WITH APPLE's FIND MY app. The old Chipolos work with Android and iOS via the Chipolo app.

    Do I have to pay for a subscription to get all the features of Chipolo? Mainly concerned about the left behind notification.

    • @TrackThisNThat
      @TrackThisNThat  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The Chipolo Card "Spot" only work with "Apple's" Find My and Apple includes the left behind feature for all their users. There no additional subscription, unlike Tile.

    Does it work like airtags do? If you left it somewhere very far would it still give you the accurate location?

      It all depends on what users are around. 01:15 REMEMBER, both are BLUETOOTH trackers and not GPS trackers

    thanks for the review i found it somewhat useful but can I suggest that when u do other similar reviews like this, please don't speak over the part when you are testing the 'alarm/notifications' from the smart tags - it's so hard to hear what the heck you are saying

      Hablo y escribí el título en inglés. TH-cam debe haberlo traducido porque sabe que estás en un país de habla hispana. Probablemente puedas activar los subtítulos en español.

    The fact that chipolo is only available for apple is about the dumbest thing in the world because why would you just not get an Apple tag. If they are going to compete against tile they must support Android simple. I've been using tiles and trackers for over 5 years this is a huge mistake on their part

    • @TrackThisNThat
      @TrackThisNThat  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Chipolo has the "Chipolo Card" that works with the Chipolo app on iOS & Android devices just like Tile's app. This is Chipolo Card "SPOT" which is a different device that works exclusingly with Apple Find My, plus they have already annoucned the Chipolo Card "Point" which will for Android Find My once Google releases it. So they cover the best of both worlds.

    So past 200 to 250 ft, this device is useless right? Like after 250 ft, you can't get into the app and track it further than that?

      These are Bluetooth trackers that rely on phones being around and use to find "misplace" items like your wallet around the house.
