So beautiful. I am having a hard time with the paint being smooth and it wanting to come off when I do the second coat. I also can’t seem to keep the napkin from wrinkling . Any advise?
Thank You! Please use a sponge to put the paint, second coat you do after first coat has partially dried (leave to dry for 10-15mins after first coat ) .Hope this will help

Can i apply white acrylic paint 3 times instead of first applying gesso
You must apply Gesso first as you are workin on a Glass surface

I only did one coat of chalk paint My chalk paint is 2 parts paint to one paint plaster of paris

Is primer neccessory???
Yes it for the Glass Bottle , this is to prepare the surface for Decoupage.
MrMuffinArt Studio i watched other decoupage videos but it can be done without primer too ??
