Looks like a fun ride once again on the 690. I took mine out for a 300 mile ride across slab and dirt ranch roads it's a wonderful skoot to ride. The Rade Garage aux fuel has been flawless. Now I need to improve the lights. Hope ya'll are hanging in there w/ all the fires. Watching the news from the states is heart breaking to see what's going on in Australia. Stay safe.

I found your channel because I am 99% sure I want to purchase the 690 I'm just not sure if I want to go 2019 with the dual counterbalance motor. Is it that much smoother and are the electronics that much better I'm not even a fan of the electronics but if they're there might as well use them. What year is your 690.
Hey Tim sorry for not getting back sooner. Yep I have the 2019 690 Enduro. You can turn off the electronics if you prefer. Get the dongle that leaves ABS off the rear, saves you having to disable etc. It is a very smooth motor, see if you can get a test ride on one?

Yeah it's was pretty grim here this summer. We have had some heavy rains recently which have been a huge relief.

TuBliss in both tyres. Ran at about 9psi for most of the Menindee ride. I aired up to about 24 for the road riding to and from Hopetoun.
