Never been there, but I feel I've experienced it through this band. Their music has a strong earthy feel to it, and if you read their message to listeners (on the record label's YT page), it is all about mother earth, self-realization and a deeply spiritual connection to the land.

I haven't stopped listening to this album since 2019 that I discovered it. VIC have a unique fresh sound. I couldn't believe that clarinet and bagpipes sound so good when combined with rock music.
Came across this song when I was high af and bawled through the whole thing as if it was a spiritual experience lol. So the big test then is do I like it sober, right? And I spent 2 days listening to the entire album over and over. These guys have it. IT. So glad to see people reacting to them! And I do highly recommend listening with mushies.
I'm a hardcore metalhead. But, I do love my stoner rock. This band is fire. If you guys DO want to go the stoner route, I suggest FU MANCHU, KYUSS, TRUCKFIGHTERS, 1000MODS, and DEADLY VIPERS.
You guys need to do a review of the "Millennium blues" and "The age of Aquarius" songs from the same album. If you think "Father and son" was great, then the two songs I mentioned from the same VOIC album will blow you away. Please review the two songs. I am very interested to hear your thoughts and opinions.

In this region of Greece both clarinet and gkainta ( bagpipe) are traditional instruments.

From this album, the best I could recommend is "Dance of Night", truly a masterpiece.
