This is not the trial. This is a hearing to prepare for the trial. Everything must be done by the rule of law in Arizona so that the trial cannot be contested on those grounds.

In other cases I’ve watched the system becomes difficult to those who choose to represent themselves. They won’t send the letter of the date until it’s passed etc. think about it. They know where she is, they are also her transposition. Ask the right questions. Our system has serious issues. This has no regard to her alleged heinous crime. In general, this is what happens when you refuse their representative. However, it’s almost the best thing to do especially in these times we are in.

She trying to delay because she hasn’t waived her right to a speedy trial and then she will say the trials need to be dropped because her right to a speedy trial was violated. That’s part of the reason and the fact that all discovery wasn’t given to defense In her trial that she got the death penalty removed. Why can’t they order her to get the mental evaluation and if she doesn’t she is in contempt of court and fined and forced to appear before the judge.
