CD1 does pretty much no damage now. Also, the new knockdown after b+1,2 is pushes them far away so no okizeme. They really destroyed everything Devil Jin had in his kit that was good. Sad.

Not to mention, you can't even go air born unless you connect on his U+4 or his Df 3,2,4. They even made it where you can't even get the grab out of his B 2,1 which was stupid and very limiting in his damage potential. I still main DVJ but they really did him dirty for no reason.

Altho cd1 is still his biggest dmging attack after a heat burst dash (16) and after a b3 heat dash, the scaling isnt that high since its just 1 attack so its still nice dmg. The b12 and 112 oki is designed to utilize his new morning crow stance for oki, which is lackluster but im just explaining why they made the oki like that. They made him a gimmick mishima instead of an all around since they want uniqueness for every character, and gave the all around one to jin

​​@@brandonspringfield2861these are not the problems of him. U4 to fly transition on block was kinda useless either way since you can easily punish it even on the transition so its just nothing. B21uf is also nothing and was a pretty boring wall ender. His wall enders are much more versatile now and lead to high damage if you do it properly. His damage is also high so idk what ure saying, if anything, its one of the only things that make him good now. His problems are his neutral and poking becoming gutted due to his gimmicky transition. Also his overrated af hellsweep.

@hatto those are fair point I'll admit it's just personal things I like to transition to because I liked having the option. Also they ruined his twin pistons, but as far as his he'll sweep its good his laser option out of it gives combo potential so ig that's an alternative rather than his cd 4,4. But overall his low game is pretty bad dang near everything is seeable or can be parried. But quick question didn't his hellsweep used to track ? Because for a move that seems it's supposed to track a little bit it doesn't.
