Considering lahat sila nakagawa ng Crime (9, 15 and 12) sila ay CICL.. may crime na nagawa.. ngunit exempted sila sa batas (RA 9344 and RA 10630) dahil 15 years and below sila, kaya mag intervention sila. Sa mga CICL naman over 15 but under 18.. dapat muna natin malaman kung nung gumawa ba sila ng krime ay alam ba nila at kagustuhan ba? yun ang dapat patunayan kaya ang maging resulta pwedeng (Intervention, Diversion, o dalhin sa korte para bigyan ng sentensya)
