It helps to give each other the motivation to do well and continue improving. That being said these type of relationships have to be based upon uplifting each other and being able to give constructive criticism or advice on how one another can improve.

Having grown up in hackney and Waltham forest, i gotta say, ghetts is 100% right when it comes to the level of musical talent coming out of newham, unrivalled. Ghetts even missed a few names. Imagine the festival you could have. Shame the roads do this!!! This was a good listen from 2 greats

These 2 are 2 of my faves growing up and I knew all the words to ghettos ‘2000&life’ and kano’s ‘beats&barz’ What ever happened to Demon though?!
Demon dropped off and stopped. Quite a few guys did tbh but only few continued. You still have a small selection still doing their thing underground but that's what they're happy doing
I met both of these breddaz in Glasgow back in 04 when P’s and Q’s dropped. Kano had a gig and both of them randomly walked past the crew. They wasn’t up for talking and we were young guys but they just hit us with the gun finger salute. Legends.

Every single time I listen to Kano have a conversation I learn something new. I’m absolutely pleased as punch that he can hold Big and Pac in such high esteem yet not feel like he has to copy or bite off of their styles. He has enough creativity and intestinal fortitude to navigate his own path stylistically. I appreciate him for that! It is not common any longer either. Most American M.C.’s who are absolutely trash in 2020 by the way spend their time trying to find out how they can copy off whichever rapper has a hit this week. U.K. Hip-hop kept it pure and built on to the art form. I respect U.K. hip-hop so much because of kats like Kano, Bugzy, Double and Ghetts

Sort of time and I wasn't in good mind then know like if or can you imagine having mental health with drug abuse, drama round you and isolation then you put grime on top of that an it mess with you head lol.. yeah. Still loved the lyrics really all you lot have that Wiley Kano clash and Ghetto Nappa clash was sick. My life now I'm a support worker for rehab and still though it comes back some times the lyrics I can think of so during covid too even though I ain't really got the voice with it I had to do it one day I put these lyrics together found the first random hip hop beat on TH-cam then recorded with my phone and made up a video. Gotta share it with you because you guys have given me good tunes to listen to for years so thank you and it's good to see you still trying to work in covid.

I use to listen to you guys from back like lord or the mics... 2002 03? Sort of time and I wasn't in good mind then know like if or can you imagine having mental health with drug abuse, drama round you and isolation then you put grime on top of that an it mess with you head lol.. yeah. Still loved the lyrics really all you lot have that Wiley Kano clash and Ghetto Nappa clash was sick. My life now I'm a support worker for rehab and still though it comes back some times the lyrics I can think of so during covid too even though I ain't really got the voice with it I had to do it one day I put these lyrics together found the first random hip hop beat on TH-cam then recorded with my phone and made up a video. Gotta share it with you because you guys have given me good tunes to listen to for years so thank you and it's good to see you still trying to work in covid.
