    Preach! I have said countless times that we need to go for the cure rather than simply address a symptom.
    It's sometimes difficult to know the difference, especially at first, and yes, breaking away from the mindset that "I need to take something," is now considered rafical since our society is so caught uo "needing to take something."
    Rip off yhe bandaid and go for the cure.

      Check your vitamin d levels. Anything under 40 will cause problems. Iodine defiency, drs won't tell you that, but will diagnose you with thyroid problems. Heart problems, magnesium deficiency. I can go on.. we are what we eat . Our soil is depleted so we have to supplement. Our sun is blocked. Vitamin d is so important.

    Question… where to go for testing? My daughter has severe mental health issues and of course Doctors just want to medicate. She has tried pretty much all of them and while she may feel better for awhile, she ends up feeling emotionless and zombie like. We have adjusted her diet, added some mushroom supplements and those things are minimally helping, but not enough. I want her to get all the testing she can, but I don’t know where to start. I feel so helpless as a mom. Please let me know what tests to look at and where to begin. I appreciate you immensely ❤

    • @sheisofthewoods
      @sheisofthewoods  14 วันที่ผ่านมา +4

      I order from all over it just depends on the type of testing. If you want to get a BIG look at her over all nutrient deficiencies I'd order the vibrant wellness whole blood nutrients panel, it's... expensive...BUT the most all in one comprehensive blood test I've come across especially one that's a test kit they ship to you. I'd also consider shopping around for an HTMA hair test which will be more affordable. If you do go forward with the blood test one stop all nutrients/vitamins for a few weeks before she does the test to make sure you don't get a false reading.

    April, you are so on point, my hubby in (Southern Ontario Canada) suffers from severe Hypotension, he can't stand on his own for more than a couple minutes, He also has Type 2 Diabetes, which we have under control via diet...he sees a Naturopath and also a mainstream doc... the mainstream doc chalks everything up to the diabetes, our ND is pretty much convinced that it is adrenals, we've had to jump through mainstream hoops just to get certain blood work because our ND can't request them. She wants hubby to see a hematologist, well, the mainstream doc won't send him to one. It's so frustrating that she is not aloud to request the tests that need to be done. I think if he wasn't taking the tinctures and supplements that she prescribes, he would not be doing as good as he is, BUT, we truly wish we could pinpoint an exact cause of the hypotension and get an actual diagnosis. In the past 4 going on 5 years he has gone from a vibrant active man to someone barely living life at 72. Sorry, I had to rant too. 🙁

    Thank you. Drs don't exist here so I'm trying to figure out things on my own. I eliminated stuff from my diet and it helped, take some supplements and they seem to help at least for a while. I noticed something interesting this year, side effect maybe. I always react strongly to bug bites, have many scars on my legs from last years bug bites, itch for weeks, etc. This year 2 hours tops and the itch is gone, no scars, nothing. So something I'm doing is helping more than just what I'm trying to 'fix'. For now I'll continue what I'm doing, maybe it will continue to improve and I can eat 'normally' again.

    You are such an inspiration to me. Thank you.
    I was wondering if you ever work with black seed or Nigella sativa. For the last few days, I've spent hours and hours reading studies on all that this seed can do, including some powerful results against multiple types of cancers. If you have experience working with this seemingly amazing herb, I would love it if you could do a segment on her. I'm not sure if it's best to capsulize seeds (ground up?) or to tincture or to use straight up with honey, make some sort of oil...which leads me to another question.
    In some of my books, it's recommended to sometimes make tinctures, sometimes make capsules and so on. I know that the extraction method matters and sometimes alcohol pulls out what is healthful, but does taking the herb straight up, let's say, in capsule form, help if the taste of the tincture is unbearable?!

    Good morning April, Thank you so much for the real talk this morning; you are so right on with this discussion. I just got up and had coffee with you this morning. My L Gasseri is here this morning waiting on two other things to come to make the gut healing yogurt and I can't wait. Something to think about is when we get older like me in our 60s and 70s, some are younger it mostly comes with age this thinning skin. When this happens it is not only on the outside of our body it is on the inside too. All of our organs lay right next to our bowels Point being that there is leakage happening because of the thinning causing so many illnesses one being the UTI. I have been using slipper elm for years a wonderful herb. I use probiotics- prebiotics and make my own. I use marshmallow root and licorice root in a tea that helps a lot. My last CT showed two diverticulitis these can cause many problems the herbs and teas I take keep them under control. This is so much to put in typing but the point is that like you say everything starts in the gut and the intestines. Maybe one of the reasons I feel so good is my P53 gene is good and fighting to keep me healthy as well. My oncologist Doctor says concerning my CLL cancer six years now and still doing well with my white blood cell the group that was diagnosed with CLL in 2019 are all very sick with very high white blood cell counts of over 270,000 they do not take or do any herbs how sad that they just don't know anything about using herbs. My doctor doesn't like herbs and said it is my P53 gene. She said herbs don't help. In 2019 when I was diagnosed with CLL they told me my blood was so low that they did nothing for the CLL at that time but wanted to see me every 3 months hmm I said I will see you in a year. I never went back and had my own blood checked once a year by my naturopathic Doctor with my checkup. This year I decided to see an oncologist and right away she said they had a new pill that came out in 2019 ALL CLL patients were taking with low blood. I'm not taking it I do have to wonder if this is why all the CLL people are so sick and their blood is so damn high I looked into that pill and all the side effects it is horrible. What is that pill doing to the P53 gene. God Bless

    OMG, YES finally someone said what I’ve been thinking.
    I have RSD. But the Dr’s will tell you they don’t know much about this. They just called it that . But from research I’ve found that yes it’s a nerve thing , and I take lions main it’s good for the B12 BUT and that’s a Big BUT… something happened in my brain 🧠.
    Okay let me give you a bit of what’s happened and if there’s any body out there that has this too please PLEASE 🙏 tell me. There’s not many in the whole USA that has it okay so please talk to me .
    I’ve had 4 back surgery’s #1 the Dr cut some nerves that he shouldn’t have. Just blowing it off as “ because of your back “ you now have nerve damage in my left leg “ lol “ yeah !! But now let’s move forward all the way to surgery #3 I’m doing good now, got all the hardware out of me because I’m one that my body doesn’t like that stuff. Doing good 👍, but now I fall in a little bitty hole and break my wrist in two places. And BOOM 💥 just like that I now have RSD. Because my brain 🧠 pretty much shut down and said nope I’m not fixing this. You wouldn’t believe how much crap I went through including blocker’s in my neck just to get the swelling to go down. Fast forward to surgery #4 I’m not supposed to have any surgeries at all because this crap can jump around in my body. Yes I tell the doctor but do they listen NO, so now I have RSD in my left leg.
    And for anyone that doesn’t know what this crap is. Let’s just say I would have a baby without any medicine at all every day instead of having this stuff. Yes it’s that bad … but to get to this point.
    Me taking B12 as much as I can, I can’t fix my brain 🧠 from the why and how and what it needs with just B12 .
    Some thing else happened to me that day. And I’m still trying to figure it out. I can’t just stop with the B12 .
    Any body got any ideals I so what to hear it .
    April I’m sorry I wrote a book on your utube but your so right about this.
    Keep looking my friends until you find your real problem.
    Much love ❤️ to you April.

    I have not been to a Dr for years out of absolute frustration aka "you are fine on paper"... Is bloodwork a place to start? How do i begin digging in? I always chalk up my "symptoms" to being a burnt out mother.

      You could get a comprehensive vitamin/mineral test to see what you're low in because I assure you it's not just from being a burnt out mom. You can even order self test kits these days so you don't have to try and convince a Dr to do their job 🙄

      You need a really good micron level heppa filter and to be working with vitamin c/B12 which the mold rapidly depletes from the body.

    So did you do a genetic test to figure out about the vitamin a?

    • @sheisofthewoods
      @sheisofthewoods  13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I did a genetic screening and when I saw I carried that mutation I did a vitamin A panel to see my levels and sure enough I had almost no vitamin A in my body. If you have ever taken an ancestry test you can use that raw data to upload to somewhere like self decode or sequencing.com and if you bring your own data it's pretty affordable.

      @@deblubelski8040 If I was going to do a genetic screening I'd not specifically use an ancestry place. I'd do it through self decode or go all in an get the full genomic panel from sequencing.com (spendy AF but worth it).

    This is GREAT. However the digging deeper is so freakin DEEP.... how on earth does one even figure out what may be in the "System" that is the root cause? Ask for Spiritual Divine Guidance would be my go-to. However with so many things out there, how does one really know for sure of where to dig, what to look for, how to even know. The mainstream would say, "Well son, go to your Doctor so he can run a battery of tests". Fast forward to have done that before and only nothing found.... and lots of money spent. Gosh I think this has left me more confused.....

    • @sheisofthewoods
      @sheisofthewoods  14 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Yeah humans like to over complicate things, start here: Look at ALL of your nutrients/minerals and find what you're missing, look at what chemicals are in/on your food in/around your home. Start marking things off a list. It's almost always something small that snowballs into something big with a constant deficiency or exposure to something. From there, if nothing pans out, look at your genetics which if you already have done an ancestry type DNA test you have the data you need to upload to somewhere like self decode.

  • @lilcricket4379

    Finding the cause would take a damn doctor that has Not been replaced and paid off.
    With the blaring frequencies our old dr. Said she could not speak on them or she'd be fired. The system is depopulating us. Good effing luck. This experience sucks.
