I 3D printed and painted a harness for my vintage Dewback, turned out great, honestly like the look better than the original piece. Also had to repaint his eye, but now he looks fresh on display.
The tuscan raider (sand people) figure you found is a hollow tube variant. The tubes on its cheeks are hollow. Only released in a short run on Return of the Jedi cards. Worth several hundred complete. Also worth quite a bit not complete. Been hoping to luck into one of those a few years now myself. The Taiwan Boba Fett is cool, but not as cool as that.
Boba Fett was originally a Proof of Purchase Mail Away a year before ESB hence the 1979 Stamp
