Thanks April, this might be something I’ll consider as it would fit nicely on the back of my truck. I can see this working out great for my steelhead adventures here in Ontario.
We love our AluCAb as well! It's been a gamechanger this winter. Two tips we've come up with: We added rubber door trim to the ladder steps just in case the ladder does accidentally bump the side of the car. We also roll the canvas doors outward and then kind of tuck them back up between the itself and the bigscreen, zipping it up about 1/2 in just to keep it steady there, but then then it's not under your mattress.
Great video April! I'd love one of those. So cool how you can add a solar panel and shower!!! I just subscribed! P.S. You are great with a selfie stick! ❤
Ikamper is a great Marketing project and not more, it us good if you need place for more then two people but behind that have no quality equivalent to Alu-Cab or other Premium brands like James Baroud or Autohome. Ik It's basically made in China RTT with great publicity .
So looking at wanting one of these. My issue is how does it fit two people. I’m 5’9 200lb, my partner, she’s 5’6 135. Can’t find anything online that gives a rough idea of two people.
Charles and I are similar (but he’s 6’). We’ve only tried it with us AND our daughter (6 years) and it’s definitely tight. I use it mostly solo or with the kiddo, but imagine it’d be ok with the two of us. Depends on how much either of you toss or turn?
@@AprilVokey I do toss and turn yes. I do appreciate the response though. I can’t find a place to view one here in Victoria to really scale the size. Thank you.

Thank you for showing us your new roof top tent, that was a great video ❤
Wow that’s amazing!! Great tutorial!!!
That was funny the dog at the end of the video ! 😀
Good informative video April
Awesome I think I would like that much better than a regular tent. So convenient.
I don't have a Alu-Cab Roof Top Tent, but I did purchase the Alu-Cab Ladder.... thick rungs and angled......
I'm not much for sleeping on my roof, but that awning would be really nice for spring and fall in Washington.

Christelle!! Great to hear from you!! I've also subscribed to your channel... excited to learn!
Hi April My son has an iKamper on his Tacoma. It’s superior to any RTT’s on the market. I’m planning to throw one on top of the Tundra in fact

Is this from Austrailia? When did you move from B.C.
We split the year between both countries. 😊
