Great video! You can feel the love and chemistry between these two. Good on her for going through with it. The cold doesn't really get much "easier" to deal with, and that's the whole point of it. It's a practice of discipline by putting yourself in a highly uncomfortable situation for a set amount of time, and the reward is feeling highly invigorated, energized, body recovery, and really a plethora of other health benefits. I found that if anything got easier over regular practice of cold showers, it was the beginning part - you don't dread getting in as much and you kind of learn to enjoy the practice of suffering, lol.
In the winter we cut a hole in the ice and go for a swim. Really feels great afterwards! and yes I'm from Finland :)

This is exactly how I felt when I took a cold shower for the first time. Only this is much worse. From having a panic attack, to feeling energized and proud.
