Welcome back to my kitchen! This weeks meals were kinda fun for me just whipping up what I had pictured in my head and seeing it come to life! All inexpensive! always shop on a budget and never go over my budget and all these meals fit into my weekly grocery budget so that was great as well! Fun, flavorful, budget friendly recipes coming at ya!! I hope you also enjoy and thank you for your support on my little corner of TH-cam❤️

🌷 MEASUREMENTS AND RECIPE LINKS🌷

🌼Potato, Pepper, and Sausage Skillet (could feed 4)
-Pictsweet Farms Air Fryer Red Potato Bites, Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper, Frozen, 14 oz OR you could dice and fry or bake 3 red potatoes
-1 orange bell pepper, sliced
-1 red bell pepper, sliced
-1 yellow onion sliced
-1 package of smoked turkey sausage cut into half moons
-Avocado oil for cooking
-about 1 tsp of McCormick Gluten Free Garlic, Herb and Black Pepper and Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning
-about 1 tsp of Kinders Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning
-1/2 tsp of onion powder
-1 cup of shredded colby jack cheese
Served with Baked beans!
🌼Double Decker Burger Tacos (6-8 Tacos)
-1 lb of ground beef
-1/2 tsp of onion powder
-1/2 tsp of garlic powder
-1/2 tsp of minced dried onions
-1/4 to 1/2 tsp of salt
-1/4 tsp pepper
Adjust seasonings if needed once done cooking!
-chopped red onion
-chopped tomato
-shredded lettuce
-stadium style cheddar cheese or any liquid cheese
-a package of hard taco shells
-1 pack of regular tortillas
-mild cheddar shredded cheese
Add any other burger toppings you enjoy such as burger sauce, pickles, relish, mayo, mustard, ketchup…etc!
Served with Fries!
🌼Taco Zucchini Boats (with all the filling you could get 10-12 large boats out of this!)
-1/2 a yellow onion, chopped
-1 lb of ground beef
-1 (10 or 15 oz) can of diced tomatoes with green chiles
-1 packet of taco seasoning
-1 package of Knorr Taco Rice, Prepared
-zucchinis (i used three small ones but you could use larger as well)
-Mexican style shredded cheese (use as much as you want)
Bake for 20-25 minutes on 375° until the zucchini is fork tender (easily pierced with a fork)
If you’re using larger zucchinis you will need to bake longer. Maybe closer to 30 minutes or so.
Top with any toppings you like! I used sour cream and hot sauce!
