- The afternoon started out by strolling through the MIA Park in Doha Qatar with @Mabelleofficial. After that, we made it over to Box Park and agreed to take a Jetski out for a tour. During the cruise, we saw the 974 stadium from the jetski along with the new colorful city that is being built.

1. Pearl Qatar: You should visit 3 areas in Pearl Qatar (if you are still here), a. Pearl Marina (with all the yachts and boats), b. the very lively Medinat Pearl (open town centre of Pearl Qatar) close to Pearl Marina and c. the beautiful Qanat Quartier (the Venice of Qatar!),
2. Msheireb Downtown (the modern area next to Souq Waqif),
3. Souq Wakrah (similar to Souq Waqif, but next to the sea in the small town of Wakrah),
4. The National Library and Education City,
5. The Lusail promenade,
6. Mangroves of Al Khor,
7. You should have continued in the MIA Park (the first park, you were in) up to the café at the end - there are two hills and a beautiful view of the skyline! nice for a cup of coffee in the sunset/ and evening!
8. Al Bidda Park (the massive park next to the cornice),
9. Katara, the cultural village,
10. The Venice themed Villaggio Mall with a canal and fake sky!
11. Al Zubarah fort and archaeological site (near by), etc.

@@worldnomac The best time for the outdoor activities here in Qatar are from the end of November up to the end of April/mid May! :) December-February the country will be very pleasant! Come again!
I am an Assamese (from Assam, NE India) staying in one of the towers in West Bay; I would also recommend you to visit the North East India / the Seven Sister's Region - Assam, Arunachal, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Meghalaya and recently annexed Sikkim. There are hundreds of tribes/ ethno-cultural groups with different culture, textiles, foods, languages....exotic lifestyles.....and natural landscapes and biodiversity ranging from Himalayan to Tropical....mountains to plains....with rivers such as the Brahmaputra.....also tea gardens, natural parks with rhinos, tigers.......what not! (avoid the cities!). If you require I can help detailing out some of the places! :)

WoW. The Jet Ski was full of excitement and thrill. Its great that they let you ride it on your own. Surelly wanna visit Doha and have an exciting time there. I have noticed that not much people visit Qatar which is really not good but on the other side less people gives you more privacy and space to enjoy more.

If you wanted to see super cars in Qatar and high end mostly they are in the northern part of Doha Lusail city and the pearl island. Central Doha or west bay usually just middle class or tourists and not much of luxury cars compared to the northern part.
Also fun fact, museum of Islamic art was designed by the American- Chinese architect I . M. Pei and the construction started back in 2004 and opened to public in 2008. 14 years ago almost,

thers a good fun interactive sports museum, i'm not a sports or museum person but this museum is fun and interesting... takes you around the world and the history of various sports.
The seaside cornisch is full of people out and about once the weather changes to cooler in about a months time.

@@worldnomac Its the bungee that goes around your wrist attached to the ignition, if you fall off the boat it will kill the engine, so you can get back on the jet-ski albeit drenched.
