    We compared the results before and after installing the drip shower, and both were excellent. They had a balanced acidity and sweetness, and there wasn't much difference overall. The only subtle difference was as follows:
    Without the drip shower: The flavors were clearer when hot, but the taste slightly diminished when cold, leaning toward the back of the tongue.
    With the drip shower: The flavors were less pronounced when hot, but it was very enjoyable when cold, with the taste leaning toward the upper palate, and there was a subtle blueberry-like flavor in the aftertaste.
    Personally, the minor drawback of the drip shower is that you can't see if the coffee bed has dried out, you have to remove it to check or listen to the sound of water flowing into the lower vessel. However, the significant advantage is that it reduces the disturbance during pouring, and since the water penetrates very clearly downwards, you can adjust the grind size or total water amount without being distracted by changes in pouring, making it very practical for achieving a coffee that you find delicious.
