7:18 i belive since you have the umbral flesh modifier because of umbral desciples your heroes should have a trait called 'gloom shepard' or something similar that makes it so that when they lead a army all units they are leading gain umbral malady immunity.

Outpost --> Work Camp --> Teleporter in next region.. should work...
They changed the way it works, you used to build them on the outpost itself. That's what threw me off.
