No explanation needed about skipping some of the reassembly Warren I think most people that watch this channel including myself are self employed me included with a mobile welding business but we all know time is money and sometimes it's crunch time and things just have to happen to keep your customers pleased well done keep up the great work 👍
I was able to pull the PTO and the range shifter plate on my brothers 2594. flushed wth diesel replaced both brakes didn't split the tractor. So far it is still working fine.I was able to get some info from an old case mechanic.
I was just about to mention that. If a guy pulls the PTO and the range shifter, a guy can do a pretty decent job of blowing/flushing out that screen. It won't be perfect but a guy can get at least 85% clean, which isn't bad at all compared to performing a PITA rear split.
Paul Kleinschmit ours is still working well, most of the trash is from the brakes. If you can keep the power shift from slipping it will add a few years to the tractor. We replaced both brake sets too
Your a beast, straight up. I’ve known professional mechanics in my life but none with the knowledge or hands on experience that you have . Your “ been there and done that” resume is impressive to say the least. Definitely worth every penny you charge for your services 👍👍👍😎✌️

Dead right, I overdid it last year and was grounded for three months. Heath is so important. I think Warren needs more help before he burn himself out. It gets harder the older you get as the aches and pains increase

Thanks for showing the small things that must be correct for these machines to work correctly coming form the shop. Most people who put equipment in the shop have no idea of the necessary steps to do a job right and complain about what a job costs without any knowledge of how things work. On the brake assembly, could you have installed the hub first, then install the disc on the hub? Just a thought. When used to take multi disc brakes apart in winches, I had to pull the hub first to get the disc out. When putting it back together, the hub had to go in first, then the disc, so you could align the disc teeth. Good video in all.
I wish I was in your area of the world, I would come around there and do all the nasty clean up jobs for you ! I always hated the dirt part of mechanical work, mostly because it affects all the workings of stuff, and also because it was never my dirt ! thanks for more interesting stuff

@@charlesangell_bulmtl I've only worked on maybe a dozen tractors total, yet two of those needed that screen cleaned.It tends to happen on older tractors or when something has failed.
@@ronchappel4812 I 've operated a 4x4 M-F that I'd load with brush cutter on a land fill slope ..told the boss about about the smell, that I thought they needed a trans fluid change. Later He said they changed it, but that smell still persisted. ...Don't think they cleaned anything...Tractor ran about the same. Some yahoo's , one weekend, left the Massey submerged. When repaired, it was good to have that hand back!!!
PTO wasn't quite assembled right if my memory is correct. Generally speaking the first few frictions and steels are installed and then before the last one or two frictions are installed, the hub is installed. Then finish installing the last frictions and steels. The hub is retained by that snap ring on the hub being sandwiched between the friction and two steels.
I see a good old Made in Canada Champion grader in the background. Champion made these graders in Goderich, Ontario, Canada until Volvo bought Champion and moved the manufacturing to the U.S.A. Now I think Volvo builds these graders in China under the SDLG brand name.
I worked on a lot of heavy equipment.You and I know engineers design equipment to be hard to understand why they designed it like they did.So when they’re sitting around at the bar on a Saturday night they can sit back and laugh and agree that they should’ve screwed somebody on that design .
Just a thought, if you raise your rates just a few percent wouldn’t that maintain your income level while slightly reduceing the work load by deterring some your more thrifty customers and in turn give you a little more free time to pursue.

Peter Stewart Welding the only way to make what Warren is capable of making is to work for yourself. Otherwise you are a hired hand and will work for a wage plus 'some' benefits. Once you complete your basic diesel/heavy equipment training apply for work with an established independent shop, not a dealership. You will experience a variety of work instead of working more on one brand. The benefits won't be as generous at an independent shop but the broader experience you will gain is the trade off. Expect to spend five years working for someone else. 'never' overestimate your skill level. Learn your trade thoroughly before venturing into your own business. Study business management at a junior college in your spare time and be sure you understand the MONEY side of the work. Never give away your talents, they are all you have. Good luck.

Peter Stewart Welding Here we go. Twenty three is young. You have plenty of time to learn and practice your craft. But I have a few questions and some advise. I am seventy seven and owned my first car when I was 12 years old. That was in 1954. At the same time I got a part time job at a local garage. The owner was a nice guy and took me under his wing. By the time I was seventeen I had rebuilt three engines, was doing full brake jobs on luxury cars, learned about auto electric and suspension,under my bosses watchful eye. Whenever I worked for him he made me wash all the tools in his tool racks telling me it was a good way to learn about tools and the use of same. It also helped that six of my uncles were master mechanics and lived close by. Here is my first question. Are you married or otherwise bound by other family connections that would demand your attention on a regular basis? If so give this idea of yours a lot more thought. You must concentrate fully on your chosen field. Let me assume you aren't tied down, then you need to choose the right school, take your time and if possible ask some of the graduates if they thought it was a good school. Plan on graduating in the top five of your class. It probably won't guarantee you a job, but you will know that you can handle the work better than 95% of the people who graduate with you. It gives you the confidence you need to compete in the job market. Let me know and good luck.
There is always work for people that want to work and people who are willing to learn will always be in high demand. While working for your self like warren is a good goal I’d wager that you will probably have to start out in a shop just as he did to help gain experience and a reputation before going solo
Peter Stewart Welding Another couple of thoughts. If you haven't served in the armed forces, look into the army motor pool. As you can see on TV they have cutting edge very heavy diesel equipment with endless training courses, using their tools and OJT - (On The Job Training). While the equipment they use is specific to their mission the basics of heavy equipment repair will be the same as in civilian life. You can get this training two ways. First by joining the regular army and applying for heavy equipment school maintenance and repair training. You will need to pass a number of written tests. I took them when I applied to be an aircraft mechanic in the Air Force. I passed. The tests cover basic mechanical understanding. You will pass, but you want to test as high as you can which betters your chances of being sent to heavy equipment repair classes asap. Most technical training takes five weeks per class. After you pass these courses you may be sent anywhere in the world to do what they trained you to do, hands on for a period of two years. Or you can join the army national guard and get the same training with just a six month full time commitment. Then you would spend one weekend per month at a base local to where you live. The hands on work would be slower than a full time commitment but the guard gets the same training as the regular army and you could work as a civilian for all but two weekend days each month. It worked out really well for me as I was able to get a job with an aircraft production company locally, full time. I lived in Southern California at the time. The pandemic we are all experiencing will not end any time soon, even if they find a shot that helps our immunity. It has greatly changed humanity and will continue to do so. Also it has scrambled the worlds economy and not for the better. It's impact has to be taken into account. Jobs are disappearing very quickly and wages are dropping right along with the disappearance of jobs. Now would be a good time to get ALL the training you can from wherever you can. Good luck.

That headlamp is great, you can pull it out of the holder and stick it to metal surfaces.

Good motors lots here in Indiana, but many more sitting in the fence rows with the power shift and the AC out!

Why didn’t you take that undercarriage to a detail shop before working on it, wax and buff job for the parts to come apart easier
and hell bro spend some money get a gaitree Crain for that workshop make life better work smarter not harder
