@@junkjournalsbyjen oh, good question! I would say remember to be patient with yourself and to not get discouraged when things don't turn out exactly how we pictured it. And don't be afraid to walk away from a project and come back later with a fresh perspective
Thank you. I think there is a kind of fear. Spent hours watching so many youtube videos and gathered tons of supplies and created space for crafting, but now there's a bit of overwhelm! :D I decided that i would try to make a few journals (with pens) to put in the free pantry in my neighborhood (that idea came from Crazy Rebecca Dances With Pitbulls) that way there wouldn't be so much pressure to get them perfect and they could hopefully, bring a little joy into someone's world. Your video helped me see places i'm getting stuck!
@@xerylemountain7154 I’m just so happy reading this. I love what you are doing by putting the journals in the pantry. Also, so glad my video could help you in some way 😊
I love this video! I enjoy that you keep it “real” and “basic’. The kit on Amazon sure makes it easy to get those essentials! Great job
Thank you so much! I’m glad you found it helpful.
I love that you mentioned not starting on the first page and adding embellishments to each page. Such a useful tip!
Truly all good tips!
Thank you so much! What advice would you give to someone just starting out?
