- My Scalp Care Routine: How I Stopped My Severe Seborrheic Dermatitis
Hi everyone, in this video I share the scalp care routine that has been working for me after a severe seborrheic dermatitis flare up at the end of November. I have always dealt with dandruff and an oily scalp and have spent years trying different things to get my scalp to calm down and stop flaking. Over the last few months and with my last flare up, I did even more research and tried more products to finally figure out what works! This routine works for me but hopefully it can help you out as well. If you are experiencing something more severe I do recommend talking to your dermatologist. I used that same Head and Shoulders once and it made my hair worse for some reason.
I have this as well and I'm so sad about it. It appeared in 2022. I am a guy and had thick wavy beautiful hair. Now my hair is dry because of the treatments and it feels less dense. It just sucks 😢 ps: it gets so much better when I get a buzzcut but I prefer it grown out
Do you always use anti dandruff shampoos or you decrease up to 1-2 times in a week?

Still using that head an shoulders every other wash (so about once a week) before using my Prose shampoo
I use the same head and shoulders shampoo for my dermatitis as well, but I find it leaves my hair really dry throughout. which ingredients in conditioners/shampoos do you find safe to use when you’re not using the clinical strength shampoo? I really want to focus on conditioning, removing frizz and repairing minor damage from improper care. I find my hair gets weighed down with heavy oils easily but when I wash it, it becomes straw-like, there’s no happy medium for me lmao
O mg. My scalp is super oily it hardly ever gets clean and I feel like washing it everyday. But my ends have literally become like straw as well

No the medicine will help calm it down nixzrol u can buy it in the store jt read the instructions and really if u can't come it down go see a dermatologist
How many times do you wash your hair in a week?
Typically every 3 days! (Sometimes 4 days but that’s pushing it)
