Hint on removing the windshield wipers: tap hard (with a wrench or small hammer) on the part that gets covered up. Then push down and pull up, alternately, on different sides. Eventually the wiper blade arm will start to move relative to the post, then it will break free completely.
Hey guys? What about the rubber that it’s just on top of that piece? Mine it’s cracked really bad but I can’t find the name of the piece to replace it! Any idea?
Jesus Christ, you make this look soooo easy… I’ve spent almost all day trying to get that windshield strip on and then line up the cowl onto it, then the other half.. freakin impossible…
Hey idk if you’d reply but.. where the cowl overlaps does not fully sit down to windscreen and there’s a small gap. I’m worried that when in rain it might go down there and damage something. Any idea of how I could keep the overlapping area stick to windscreen? Thanku

This is so helpful thankypu. My seal is cracked along the top of the cowl. Can I just get a new seal or is it the cowl.

My cowl rubber piece is breaking apart on my 2007 mini cooper R56. The cowls are fine. What do I need to replace that part?
Is the one that it’s touching the glass itself? That’s my problem to! It’s literally missing pieces of it
