DON'T FORGET TO TURN ON LOW LATENCY RECORDING!!! go to record>low latency mode>on
there is no low latency mode in ableton D:
@@hithere4289 There's reduced latency when monitoring in ableton if you go to options.
Is there sum like dis in BandLab?
@@donnyorlando1830band lab had its own latency test that fixed latency
thank you so much for making this short and to the point much appreciated
If you have an interface that allows the mixing of direct monitoring with audio from the DAW you can also listen to the raw sound with no latency and add in some reverb and delay from the DAW. A bit of latency added to reverb/delay is usually ok.
Low latency mode was ruining everything for me, thank you for going over the specifics so I could find the setting I needed, latency down to an acceptable level now thank you.
Thankss you're the best💪🏼 also that collab that u did lady, omggg
Wow ❤ ❤ thank you
Thank you sooooo much. I be already having my drums eq’ed and full of plugins before I even record so now I’ll just record raw before I add plugins
this was my issue exactly! sounds so obvious now :p
This is it! I thought my shit was broke lol the more you know. Much love thank you.
Great video.
Thanks for all Karra
Thank u mam☺️🙏😇
latency is an issue if you're using the wrong software/hardware/config. Standalone multi track machines made 20 years ago did not have this issue.
Using a general purpose computer to perform time sensitive applications is always a mistake. It's ok for production, but typically has issues with 'live'.
Current hardware can overcome this by simply brute forcing speed over inefficiency.
My BR-1600 made 20 years ago records 16 ( 14 ) tracks and has zero noticeable latency when recording with effects.
If you want more tracks you can record unquantized midi because the older units still had MIDI unlike the zoom R16/24 multitracks which chose to not include midi or external sync. I'd bought one and just assumed it had MIDI.
Can you tell us your favorite pop filter
Nice video 📹
Can't you turn the audio setting on the audio track from In/Auto to "Off"? That way you get 0 latency. I've heard of others doing it but have no clue myself
i want to learn from you
Make sure you buy the correct interface that allows you to hear your self directly!
What studio at u using?
Or just get an interface with latency free DSP monitoring (Steinberg ur816c or similar)
This is what I meant with my other comment about using a standalone. You're essentially replacing the general purpose computer with an application specific set of hardware. It just makes life better.
Freeze track
the is no 128 option in fl studio asio
I have a latency issue when pressing the pads of my Akai MPK Mini 3 midi keyboard when connected to MPC Beats. I tried adjusting the settings in preferences, but I still can’t find that sweet spot. Any suggestions?
Where do I find this setting
i wanna hear the effects then i get the latency problemz lol ... gonna lvl up my hard disk with an evo and my interface
use a standalone multitrack recorder.
@@keninorlando9 why? lol
This clearly isn’t for a newer style artist whose major of their style involves hearing their voices playback with effects… kinda defeats the purpose. I have a Scarlett 3rd gen and a Samson mic and I’m still have a shit ton of latency on BandLab and idk what to do
And be ready to ableton fixes delay latency only on your first plugin in chain
What app is dat
If use the payed version is there latency?
Welp no fancy interface over here. Will try lowering the buffer size and bit rate though. In the box producer for life.
In the box producers still use interfaces
hi i'm on bandlab and I don't find all those settings here, is it because i'm stupid or because they just don't have them ?
You're doing the Lord's work
is 1ms latency still bad or can be?
What about FL
What engine is this?!😅
What latency?
How come u didnt use 32
Tf is the paid option?
✨UA Apollo✨which is NEAR-ZERO and like $1000 lol
Miss you are beautiful ❤
Not doubled, that means something else, can you guess what??
I get horrid latency.
print out your instrumental, create a new session, then record with no effects...this way you're training yourself to sing better
There is no way to get 0 Latency?
High end Interfaces allow this, Apollo i know its the case, at least that i now its the 0 latency option, other than that, theres a few way to listen to the line input, but not the DAW processed audio, you can get pretty low latency playing as Karra says tho, sample rate and "Reduce latency while monitoring" helps a lot and its almost 0 latency, you can also turn off plugins on other tracks to reduce work load
And don’t use Bluetooth earphones 😂
I thought it was called latency.
I thought the M1 mac was fast.
What does that have to do with this? Besides, CPU speed isn't everything.
@@crnkmnky oh yeah it is. Or the programmers make the DAW and VSTs more cpu and dram friendly. Trust me. They can be more well programmed.
@@jasonreviews Analog to Digital conversion can never be instant, no matter how much DRAM and GHz you throw at it.
Your eyes are blue
way more respectable with clothes on
It will ruin your quality of recording

Damn bruh pls put a deesser on ur dialog for ur videos, the esses on this shit killing my ears rn
it's not even bad lol, you're tripping
Your tips are too short and you are too fast
