This is our lovely energetic youth. Please don't waste your time and strength. Once the labour president collects Ghana must go bag, he'll change his mind and you all will be disappointed..

    To the Chairman.
    Dear sir,
Please let's focus on the issue of salary increase in the private and public sector. We need to propose realistic figures as well, or else the government will be discouraged with the negotiation and arrive at a ridiculous amount by themselves. With 33% increase in the price of goods, i .e goods are around 3.5 times more than what they were before inflation. Salary should also be multiplied by a factor of 3.5, so that the effect of this inflation can be absorbed by salary earners. That puts minimum wage at around 105, 000 Naira (30,000*3.5). The salary of every worker should be multipled by 3.5 to give an idea of how much they should be earning now, in order to counter the effect of inflation. For example, someone earning 100,000 Naira in the pre-inflation era should be earning 350,000 Naira now and so on.
