- This is a totally awesome 21 lens DJ part light. This was sent to me for a review and I am very impressed. It is absolutely fantastic. The light itself has a very durable and lightweight construction with a metal bracket for mounting. It comes with a remote and has manual buttons on board to control. Dozens of pre set options and the option to plug directly into a DMX 512 controller for an endless supply of options. It is fairly quiet and stays cool to the touch via the onboard cooling fan. I personally am using this for a Halloween light inside a UFO display I’m building and this is going to be the Game Changer for my display. This is a must for lighting displays, DJ, stage and party’s. Add some fog to really put on a show and wow the crowd. I absolutely love it and recommend this to anyone. The blue lasers kinda seem like they are lasers that project darkness. Also, smaller than I thought, but that doesn't really concern me too much...

Can you do just one color at a time? I'm looking for a machine that I can shoot green beams through my smoke for Halloween.
You can choose the color but if you’re looking to make a laser swamp this isn’t the correct way. You need a laser that spreads the beam out.

Hi, does the 15-eye version, having the sides facing out, have wider coverage than the 21-eye version which projects frontally?
Are the 2 lateral red lasers more distant from the central patterns?
I’m not sure on that but my guess is if the lights are facing outwards then yes.
Do you need the DMX for it??
You don’t have to have the DMX plug to use it. Just plug it in and you can use the options on the remote.
