Lol oh because they won't break? I think they will anyway. Also their rackets probably take even more care since they are custom or older molds no longer a part of the standard market. But hey, they paid for it. At the end it is a business and selling more of them helps. Just saying it probably works out better for profits so you could try to see it that way and be thankful lol
I used Wilson rackets for most of my life with the last being the Wilson blade 98, tried a yonex vcore a while back and it has remained my go to racket now.
I’m sponsored by another company and I’ll tell you this. Look at that factory… Look at that quality control per racket… No wonder Yonex are the absolute best made rackets in the world. That classic Japanese manufacturing workmanship and quality. Immense
Beautiful video, and I really like the new Vcore 95 too. Shame that Yonex doesn't seem to be able to ship them to TW Europe. I've just had to cancel the order I had placed with them due to this item being backlogged with no visibility on the supply.
Thank You for sharing the making of this Tennis Racket. The process is an incredible one to watch. I am looking extremely forward in purchasing a new VCore next paycheck( I’m even thinking of getting it now, lol)! Thanks for this video and great quality racket Tennis Warehouse and Yonex!
Nice! This always brings a level of awareness to their quality that the other brands don't quite have. Reviewing the VCORE 95 very soon! Come by if you'd like to see an honest review. VCORE 98 is up already!
Simply wow.. wow and wow.. watching this vid make me proud having a vcore100.. so much dedication poured for the racket.. tq yonex .. tq TW for this video❤🎉❤🎉🎉
I prefer Yonex business model w/their own mfg. facilities in home country. Makes me wanna pick up a 23 VCore 95 & add to my bag after watching this post as everything in the video seems to support Yonex reputation for superior quality.
Very nice to see- just got my Vcore 97 Pro delivered today from Yonex and I was curious as to what it's like where it was made. 工場のバーチャル・ツアー、ありがとうございます!
does anyone know why rpm blast is the one string I keep hearing some people say it's super soft and some people say it's super stiff? i know it is supposed to be stiff but I've never had any problems with it either so I'm curious why people have so many differing opinions on it
RPM Blast is a stiff string but it slides out of position and snaps back extremely well. If you hit with a lot of spin it will feel softer than other polys since it slides so well and you will fell that string movement as a softer sensation. If you are a flatter hitter you will not get the strings sliding and instead will feel the stiff nature of the strings. If you use your fingers to pull a main string out of position towards the frame (so a lateral movement of the string) you will replicate the main string sliding against the cross strings. If you tap the stringbed against your hand you will feel the stringbed stiffness in the sense of a flat hit. Hope that helps explain why some find it softer feeling (spin players) than others (flatter hitters). Cheers, Chris, TW
They may never say. They also have to sell the other brands. Probably less meticulous quality control. Less health concerns for the employees, I'd guess. Both of which reduce manufacturing cost a lot!
hey teamtennis wharehouse , I am a professional tennis player from India ,I want to buy a budget tennis backpack which can hold up to 3 rackets which one do you recommend me i want it under 50 dollars.
It is hard to find a backpack that can fit 3 racquets, so you might have to go with a 3-pack or larger. That said one of my favorite backpacks that holds the racquet nice and securely is this one: www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpage-FTB2PB.html. It is close to the 50 dollar price. Troy, TW
almost hardly any regular rackets have a glossy finish as you will notice; usually only pro stocks. That reduces the flex but improves the feel quite a bit. Don't know if there is a big cost difference either.
I hate when they flare out the stock grommets. I have to buy grommets when I put lead tapes under the bumper on a new racquet. That's the only thing I have against Yonex. Otherwise, their engineering and manufacturing are perfection
🤬🤬🤬 Imagine the amount of work, dedication and pride into every racket by these countless workers. Then compare that to the disrespect, lack of discipline, entitlement and tantrum when ahole players smash their rackets - projecting their inadequacies and shortcomings into their equipment. Unbelievable!
It is not mandate at all, in Japan it is only recommended the mask usage but still everywhere is commonly used regularly. Not wearing a mask is possible but I really feel I have to follow... the country has consciousness.
Appreciate Yonex for letting Chris and Tennis Warehouse film the process!
Chef's kiss on production quality of the video.

Yonex quality is by far the best than the other brand manufacturers made in China
ye cuz chinese manufacturers r not professional enough
Made me appreciate my racquet so much more to see the work that went into it haha! Will never blame my racquet for a mistake again :)
Thanks Yonex - explains why these are such great playing racquets!
Thank you Tennis warehouse and Yonex for this invaluable video!

Pure thing of beauty! Chris can you make a video or at least comment on how the Regna racquets are made?
Wow Yonex. 😍 A Regna video? One can only dream. Sigh.

Why the blur out at 5:48?
Chris has got game…tennis game; racquet knowledge game; AND WATCH game! Rockin’ the chronograph…I see ya!
Would be great if you can show a tour the new Head string factory in the USA that is producing Hawk Power
Do you have a link talking about the Head factory? Doesn't Head make everything in Asia?
Thanks once again TW..
The 95 is amazing!
Only Yonex can open its racquet factory to the public.
May I ask why?
Because the rackets of Babolat Wilson Head and others are made in China, unlike the ones supplied to the pros.
Yes, everyone is being ripped off from the poor quality control of those Wilson, Head, Babolat!!!
No, because the workers would be being whipped and probably manually painting the rackets with their own fingers
How can I not buy this racket after watching this video
there is a reason Yonex is the best at quality control
beautiful..! 테크놀로지..
i am looking for a grommets to Vcore Game 2021 Scarlet and can not find anywhere in Europe! What happend?
Yonex unbeatable in quality

@@tenniswarehouse thanks so it depends on how you hit, is this sensation true for any other strings as well, or even all strings to varying degrees?
Complete quality
I would like to know how to QA and QC dimensions of racquets. Camera inspection?
There is an X-Ray type of machine. You can see it at 3:22. Both the internal and external structure is checked for QC. Cheers, Chris, TW
@@tenniswarehouse Thanks.
Do you know when the vcore Plus models will come out? Thank you
We have not heard anything from Yonex yet.

@@tenniswarehouse thank you 🙏
I wish it came in all black like it looked halfway through the process. Or it'd be cool if it were a red-blue metallic chameleon paintjob.
When you see all this is such a shame when players break the rackets … look this beautiful work
Yonex went after Nick kyrios for just that. They fined him no small amount.
💯
So do the ATP players who are ambassadors for Yonex also use these same production units? Or are customised just for them?
Of course they are customized.
Wilson Quality Control should learn from this video!
Thank you.
I just wish they offered different grip shapes, love my zone 98 but totally hate the grip shape.
What is different about the racquet making process for yonex compared to the factories in china?
They may never say. They also have to sell the other brands. Probably less meticulous quality control. Less health concerns for the employees, I'd guess. Both of which reduce manufacturing cost a lot!
Japanese companies and workers take care and pride in what they do, Chinese ones are all about speed and volume
Thanks a lot very interesting😉
I'd love to see how this compares to a chinese factory
That's where all the the Yonex knockoffs are made, the Yanex!
Probably bigger. Workers aren't as paid as much.

American labor is too slow, lazy, and imprecise, all while being prohibitively expensive

Yes, it's required by employers in nearly all indoor workplaces and expected or required in shared indoor spaces.
