She's got a badass Marine for a husband & she trades him in for a narcissistic, nasty, sexual predator, who gets off on blackmailing people into doing what he wants. Who gets off on looking down on people uses his power & position to control everyone. Janice was a stupid woman.

Well, judging from what Eve said, He(Darren) gets off cucking the husbands of his personal assistants. He was drunk off power and control, hence why Tom called him a narcissist. Also, Tom's wife was pretty much infatuated with a powerful man as such
