Why does OP need to beg Kelly for forgiveness? She was the one that ambushed him with his daughter without even asking him questions or talking with him about it, instead insinuating that if he was estranged from his daughter that he would abandon her daughter. She didn’t care about his feelings in pursuit of quelling her own fears. And he has to make things right with his daughter like he did something wrong? Julianna DID betray him and she DIDN’T care. She chose the cheaters. She knew how much what her mom and AP did hurt OP and much her choosing her mom hurt him and she still did it. And then Kelly set him up to be trapped talking to his ex wife. Terrible ending.
I feel so sorry for Henry. One of the saddest stories I have heard to feel like everyone betrayed him. I felt so bad that his daughter was deceived into choosing to live with the mom. The cheating mom was so selfish and inconsiderate.
I would leave Kelly. The minute she did that behind my back without talking to me 1st- any bit of trust is gone. If my husband was in touch with my bio mom, bio dad & bio uncle: the 3 people who have "betrayed" me disgustingly- i dont care what the reason is- I'd leave
Kelly should have talked to OP about her fears and about Julianna’s feelings after talking to her, rather than ambushing him with a person he so many negative feelings toward. Shame on her. And then she blamed it all on him.
Daughter chose cheating, backstabbing wife and traitorous best friend over father - perhaps due to some manipulation from mom. She was young, but old enough to understand, I would think. Totally understandable that he would want to separate himself from the constant hurt. He lost his wife, his best friend, his daughter, his house - basically his entire life and was stuck with child support. He wasn’t even granted the right to co-parent. Why would he want to have it rubbed in his face constantly that his daughter didn’t choose him and is happy with her choice?
Agreed (though he should have talked to her before the well got semi poisoned (though in a different way then the normal poisoning) and uh Kelly went very much to far in the ambush. She could have easily said "hey I ....saw this stuff on your desk can you and I have a chat about all this I have a daughter as well you know" etc rather then .. just ambushing him, not understanding how much pain the guy is clearly feeling then blaming him for not jumping for glee
So there were 5 females in the guy's life: mother, wife, second wife, daughter, step-daughter. Out of five, four betrayed him. The fifth was simply too young - just 8 y.o.
Of course you had to pair him with a stunningly beautiful single mom! Of course you got to condition men to accept other men’s kids. And you had ex wifey live a beautiful more loving life with his best friend. This story has lots of messages in it! Ok you win all good guys will marry single moms so bad boys and women can continue being rewarded for their bad impulsive decisions.
They desperately wanted OP to hang around and live in the rubble of the life they destroyed for him and accept 4 days a month with his daughter while they flaunted how happy they were together. If he did, it would be like a tacit seal of approval. Good for OP not even pretending that there isn’t a problem. Ex-wife and AP ex-best friend want to be friends again with him to be absolved of all of their wrongs. But they don’t really think they did anything wrong and it bothers them that he is acting like it was horrible. Glad he was able to express to her the depth of their betrayal - although it probably will never truly penetrate the layers of justifications they have to cause them to feel any guilt.
Ambushing OP with his estranged daughter is awful. And then telling him that it’s his fault because he didn’t trust her enough to communicate to her? What? Pot. Kettle. Accuse others of what you are guilty of.
It was far from optimal what he did, and he also at the critical juncture failed to Juliana the truth, leading to her choosing these fools. But if you want to make that case, then maybe it was all caused by Tom and Jennifer and their adultery and inability to communicate.
Both women are in the wrong. Yes, he shouldn’t have left his daughter, but he had every right to. The second woman had no right. He was not wrong; this is just toxic manipulation.
@@samedward5480"The road to hell is paved with good intentions" is not just a saying. Kelly had good intentions, that didn't prevent her from doing the absolute worst thing possible.
@@artlaudenslager3102 She was 14, a confused child with her mother influencing her choice while the father just sat back and expected her to make the decision on her own. He was a fool to expect integrity from his wife at that point, all he had to do was explain to her that her mother would be trying to manipulate her and she probably would have chosen him.
Wow! Kelly wasn’t thinking of his pain but herself and her daughter future, she didn’t want him to do the same thing to her so she forced him to deal with a painful and humiliating situation that he have been trying to live with if I were him I would have dump Kelly and just live my life without her! She is a manipulating selfish woman. This ex and daughter got what they deserve. No matter the age of the daughter she went alone with her mother and cheater step dad! If that was me my mother and lover would not get a day of peace! I wouldn’t have forgiven her for hurting my father but his daughter just went along with the bs! With an ending like this it makes Kelly actions valid and the right thing to do when in fact it wasn’t! She was selfish and only showed she is like his ex who is heartless when it comes to their own happiness and willing to hurt him to get it!
So.... after all he was kinda guilty for everything ? Begging for forgiveness from every deceitfull woman , who were , of course , totally without blame ?!? Makes me sick !
It was good until the end. Fk that. He should have stayed hard. It would have been cooler if he had left and moved on again. Moral of the story… never ever put a woman on a pedestal. If you treat her like a Queen she will treat you like a servant.
Mostly true in modern times. up to and into the industrial revolution usually when one was treated as one it was expected to be treated the same. Society did its best to enforce that. Shame it doesn't anymore.
The guy is finally finding peace fae being utterly destroyed by betrayal, & you dae this tae him! Your intentions may have been guid, but you should have talked tae him & mibbies find a solution. You claimed tae love him but you drag him back intae the source ae his ain living hell was utterly beyond contempt!
This sounds an awful lot like another story I’ve heard but slightly changed. What a lame drawn out pretentious story! There’s 1:40 I’ll never get back!
His daughter was 14 and chose a cheating pos to live with along with a rotten bastard. His girl friend was wrong and undermining home means she's a rotten pos. None of them had any respect for this man. He should leave them all Peace means more in life
Yes, you can control your feelings, just like you can control you're behavior. There are only choices, not excuses.

Most worthless story ever. So tried of it always being the mans fault. The man always has no right to be upset. He should just man up is bull

As they say: Once you have friends you no longer have to look for enemies. Fools never learn!
Daughter did not deserve forgiveness. She made her choice, and choices have consequences.

No balls, no respect....
It’s pretty cold of the wife to send the ex-wife and ex best friend a thank you card on the anniversary while acting all sweet towards them.
I quit. What a BS story. Hate Kelly he should have left her, hate the story ending.

Kelly must be really hot! When she serves ice cream she pours it! 😮
Thought I found a story that didn’t talk about college, then they said. You cannot have a cheating story without the mention of college!
Yep, and 9 times out of ten it is some liberal left collage ie: UC Berkley

What's with the voice? The previous voice was better.
Why would you allow your child to be fooled or to think you are wrong. Let her know her mother is the cheater who is breaking up your family
My god this story is sp confusing. All the extra words. Gotta go get some aspirins.
