I remember Joe playing in the Parx $300 /Borgata $500 tournaments. This is where he matures as a poker player.

Played next to Joe at a $400 AC Circuit Event a couple years ago. I felt like I had seen the face before but didn't actually realize who it was until I saw his name on the Day 2 seat draw. Nice guy and let me drain his mobile charger trying to play an WSOP Online event after I drastically underestimated my battery drain. He won the thing too btw

In all three of the Neuville hands by the 29:00 mark, the river card sucked for him and/or made life easier for his opponents. Poor guy had to call on the river those first two times and just be in disbelief. And he had very good equity hands pre-flop, worst being 50/50 against the pocket 4s. Speaking of, maybe Pierre could've gotten away from that Neil Blumenfield river spot. (Lucky for Neil flopping a set, turning a boat, and a flush draw comes in on the river, eh?) Lucky for that other guy to hit the nuts when Neuville had the pocket queens. And then obviously the McKeehan hand was just unlucky too.

Dude has 33 money finishes, 8 final tables, and 3 bracelets for over $16MM in winnings. You think that's just pure luck? If so, I'd like to introduce you to the binomial distribution so we can talk about the odds of that happening based on "pure luck."
