Lovely salad except for the red onion. I don’t know what’s happened to onions in this day and time but they are so PUNGENT and strong that I just can’t include them (raw) in anything I prepare. (Including “sweet” onions.) I’ve tried rinsing them, soaking them in ice water, soaking them in sugar water and nothing takes that sharpness out of them. 🙁
Big Easy Italian Salad! Who's trying it?!

Yum thank you. I will be making this tonight.
This is me every time I use a shaker. LOL
Delicious! Tip: I buy sliced pepperonci, no seeds, no stems, no slicing - ready to enjoy!❤
Lovely salad. Is there anyway you can include printable recipes please.

We should grow our own, organically!
I place them in the oven for 10-15 minutes then allow to cool to place them in my salad, on top of salmon, etc.
Stems left on the pepperonchini? Not a pleasant texture.
I thought she was going to say “Americans eat salad, so why are they so overweight?”
Do you have a recipe for a homemade Cesar dressing? My favorite is from Carrabbas
