Clock has gone a lot further than I thought it would I can't lie.
Bro I thought the 2.87 by Yunhao Lou would never be beaten
@@MazezCubingtry the average 😂
@@MazezCubing check wca 💀💀💀💀💀
@@MazezCubingwould be crazy if the average got faster than that
This is my favorite type of cubing content!
Really good video! Great to see this
I am in the video!!! As the judge took off the cover and clock fell down!
Good job dad
Good job Curtis’ dad
good job dad of citrus
You beat me to the punch 💀my video on this exact topic releases an hour after this one 💀💀💀
Edit: It's also amazing to see Cube Master becoming a clocktuber!
Grea
It’s also kinda crazy the US nr is 3.49, there are so many people capable of breaking that, but after clock is about making accurate moves and doing them fast, so in comp nerves can take over and make you less accurate or start the get nervous at the end of the solve when the beginning of your solve is good

Another thing being US top clocker does not get 3 rounds every week like Europeans top clockers

shoutout to my boy Edwin Shen, the first person to get wr since the regulation change, too bad Niklas got the 3.44 second wr the same day, real ones know Edwin the goat
its not edwin’s 3.47 avg it was neil gour’s 2.54 single
This was honestly a really interesting timeline for clock, a really good video! Also I made a cameo lol
I think the pin rule is a good change. It doesn't actually change the state of the puzzle and it greatly prevents issues with accidental DNFs, etc. It's the equivalent of rotating a cube for a favourable start.
I also think Clock should have more +2s. Eg) If the position can be solved with one rotation of a corner (with a certain pin arrangement), that should be a +2. Obviously, it requires some basic knowledge from the judge, but it seems fair. The lack of ways to get +2 makes Clock much more haphazard than other events.
Great video, clock definitely has been the hardest category, I really would like to see more videos like this but with others categories:)
Olaeric
when I first saw the regulation that you can move the pins during inspection, I was in shock
I also noticed this! Even told my dad about it lol. Thanks for summing up recent history of the event too!
Yes i love how you're making clock content!
volodymyr 100% breaking wr this summer
Bro did not just say 3.13 is not very good. WTF!?
I mean, compared to what some people are averaging at home, it's somewhat slow and the WR should be faster by now
compared to people who global that not really
nah easy for caleb wolf dunn to destroy
lmfao
After the new WR average today, it’s quite funny to look back at this… 😅
1:00 the very first time i learned how to solve clock I always thought it was obvious to just solve the cross on back. never understood why ppl didn’t do that since day 1
Wow this was such a great video!!! Please keep up the insanly Good you make! ❤
Clock is so fun just because of this, is a totally a new challenge in cubing
Eryk kasperek had many uwrs and probably still has
Hmm
Hmm
The hardest event is definitely clock
Agreed
Yes but if you're not counting blind events clock and 6x6 is the hardest
and FMC
@@GMJ1606x6 isnt exactly hard, just extremely annoying
Yeah, just as I thought the regulation change did make times drop. Very impressive that it happened so soon. I still don't think it's a good change but I don't have a good solution. At my last competition they asked us to hold the clock upright underneath the cover then the judge would lift it a moment later.
The second half of my comment on screen was about 5x5 miscrambles allowed. Honestly that one may be worse, I think it adds more luck factor into it.
don't forget about eryk
Lmaooo, me at 4:16!
Clock pin change is good! 😤 😂
RIP
aged funnily
6:38 I’m solving in the background to the far left lol
2.22 dnf
I have a doubt on CSP. can we trace the star cases from any orientation, because for this one particular scramble, i got odd parity, but only if i execute the even alg is there no parity. I don't know what i am doing wrong.
And, do we have to track each case the exact same way. for example, in star, the bottom doesn't matter, but the top do we HAVE to trace the same way even if the scramble is oriented different?
oh-oh clooock
Clock: Where all the world records are going wrong.
Plot twist: he has a secret channel called clock and is actually world class
muske-go was so sad
It's over now. 2.52 WR avg which is faster than the previous WR SINGLE
I don’t think it’s over, I’m sure volodymyr will get the record
Eddie artze bouta usurp all these people with sheerin this weekend

Now clock is the main event💀
