- Yes, another The Run video highlighting stage 10, the final stage, but this time, not just the final race and no system crashes in the middle of it.
This is something I've been trying to do for a while now... this video attempts to redo two videos of mine: my video from about nine months ago in which I used a 918 RSR to complete the final race ( • NFS The Run - Final Ra... ). This video was recorded on this same PC, but before I got my GTX 750 Ti so it's only available in 480p. The second video, this is something I uploaded over 3 years ago, in which I recorded Xbox 360 gameplay of the final stage over my phone. However, in the middle of the recording, my Xbox crashed and the video was left butchered ( • Need For Speed: The Ru... ). This video was quite awful even were it not cut short; the quality of the camera of the phone this was recorded on and the TV this was played on were both very shitty. Thus 3 years later, I've finally uploaded stage 10 in its entirety, in HD and 60 FPS, not to mention.
It is advised that you watch in 720p60 HD for optimal viewer experience, that and 60 FPS videos played at 30 FPS look like shit - เกม

Awesome dude , that part with Cesar DeLeon caught me up :D I remember that I used to retry the event 5 times to be able to use this tricky shortcut at the end of the race , with the same car as you , as for me I used the Stratospeed Widebody which improves really your slipstreams , top speed and accelerations :D

+SuperSonicNFS Thanks Ti, I've had friends in the past tell me the different widebody kits improve performance, but I never could tell if this was true or not. I wish that would've been explicitly stated somewhere within the game, but whatever

If you want to see the real effects , just take the LP 670-4 or the Aventador in the Challenge series , and try them out on their assignated races , one time without the Widebody and another time with the widebody kit :)
I dont get all the hate for this game. I think it was really good. Yes he game itself was playable in only 2 hours and then nothing. It did lack free roam and many other things but I really like the handling model and the graphics too. It was just good not considering the things that were missing. Really nice driving there mate though :D (btw. What difficulty level did you play with?)
Maybe it was the quick time events at the very beginning of the game
I think it was perfectly fine without free roam, this one didn't need it and not all racing games do.
I would think that the freedrive being taken out was the reason
The hate came from how good the gaming scene was and how much more sway a game reviewer had on a video game back in the day

The video looked great, miles better than the older ones you mentioned in the description, plus it's 60 fps - perfect. Now, tbh I really can't stand those awful engine sounds of this game - I probably haven't said that before and it might be only me, but I absolutely hate them. Pretty much none of the Black Box NFS games had engine sounds good enough IMO.
+MK Tranceporter Indeed, this video is much better! When it comes to the engine sounds, I suppose you're right. However the sound of the Sesto is pretty much spot-on, compared to the real thing

I would really like to know the music used in the race before DeLeon's. I know it's composed OST, but still...
it's a combo of The Journey Continues, Sicker Than You, and Choker, just look up Epic Race 2 (i think that's the name)
