    Hole punch is great.
Especially for those new dollartwentyfivetree bags because they have a space between the flaps at the top and lots of stuff can be trapped in there.

Such a funny episode. The two hosts are clearly trying to get the guest to talk about history, and he wants to talk about current affairs.

I think it's important to have someone who brings history into the modern context. We would be much better as a species if we kept the past, present AND future all in context with one another. Also the first thing he talks about are the problems with addressing and reconciling the historiography with the archeological and geological records.

"Ecological footprint"? Yeah, I can see Sargon saying that.

I noticed that Peter didn't mention nuclear energy & how it's proven to emit zero carbon. We could very easily replace all fossil fuel powered electricity generation plants with nuclear. The technology has advanced in ways about which most people are completely ignorant. Anyone who isn't at least discussing nuclear power isn't serious about climate change.

A lot of people are against nuclear power as it stands today. Nuclear waste is a big issue.

@@lukedaniels7750 A lot of people are ignorant about nuclear waste. In fact, it is all safely stored on site.

@@JonathanRossRogers Remind me again please, what is the half life of Uranium 235 ?

@@lukedaniels7750 If we actually got rid of people like you who are always, "there's problems so lets not do it", then we could advance our science and technology in order to deal with it. For example France reuses much of it's fuel so that the amount of nuclear waste is massively reduced. New science in that aspect of reuse could maybe even increase that. There's also science and experiments going on in transmutation which would massive reduce the half life of the worst of the waste down to maybe 100 or 200 years. But since there are people like you out there, those things end up being very hard to fund and expand on.

Who’d have thought that the climate is constantly changing, regardless of anthropomorphic influences😂
