All four were great and Estheticslkt with Molly progressively given more voice and in that killer dress encircling the sway clothing of the three men makes me want to change my viewing again. I am coming back to watch First Take if it is brilliant, lots of critical humor and smoothly get out there performances like this…

KAT is what I call a weak #2. He will play amazing only if #1 plays amazing. Won’t save the day if #1 doesn’t show up. The player who has underperformed the most with respect to expectations (grotesquely exaggerated, granted) was Ant, not KAT.

Ant got a lot of help from Conley, Reid and McDaniels, he is just not delivering himself. Apart from the lack of scoring he is making huge defensive mistakes in the clutch. Much bigger mistakes than Gobert is making, and Gobert would be absolutely slaughtered if he would fall asleep in defense like Ant has.
The reality is that he is a great young player but miles away from guys like Luka and Jokic in terms of game management, and also from Shai btw. At the highest level in ball sports it is never about who jumps the highest or shouts the hardest, it is about who makes the best decisions when it matters. But given the kind of player Perk was himself he would obviously never understand that.
I actually feel sorry for Ant, he seems a nice guy and is a great player to watch, he just gets overhyped by these guys who are so desperate to have an American face of the league. And they are just as desperate to always be right. And the bad news frontjes guys: the next big thing is not Ant, it is Wemby.

Now I can say he's made mistakes defensively inm this series but that point of the Twolves was that they had the perimeter defenders to funnel the ball to rudy and NONE of them are doing that. You live by the three you die by the three. The main blame for the Timberwolves is is on the coaches for allowing KAT to just keep shooting when the shots are clearly just refusing to fall. Rudy is fine on defense against teams with average centers; but he will struggle against an All-Star level big men in the paint. And honestly that is to be expected no matter how good you are on defense. What sucks for him is that he is also being asked to defend guards one on one which is insane. Name me one center in the NBA that could defend Kyrie and Luca one on one that could get actual consistent results. No what the Timberwolves need out of Rudy is to be great at offense in the post in a way that doesn't involve the pick and roll or a cheap tip in dunk. But that is not what they were ever going to get out of Rudy Gobert as a player. So what the wolves need to do in order to at least prevent being swept is to put KAT on offense in the low post and demand he stay there until he gets at least 14 points before he is allowed to attempt shooting a single 3 in the game. Let Naz Reid play center when KAT is not able to do so and demand the same thing. Meanwhile Rudy should only be allowed into the game in the name of resting Naz and Kat; plus he should only be there as a Power Forward. Let's see if the T-Wolves actually bother to adjust or just go out in flames by the 3 point shot.
