I have anxiety and panic attacks few times in a day my life has turned into a fear from panic attacks i cant live normal life i have lost interest for everything i cant think straight my whiole day is focused on this i dont have strenght anymore i also hide this problem from love ones, friends wich is also a burden but i dont want to be a burden to them i pray to God often and wait please pray for me God bless you all

I had so many panic attacks. And tell you: pray the Holy Rosary every day. Just in this way I had healing to my panic attacks. Since then I have never had panic attacks again. Pray every day and do fasts and penances. Believe me, please, I say this from my own life experience... It's been 2 years since I've had these panic attacks anymore. Other clue: read spiritual lectures/books (catholics books, especially). And Bible, of course. Mathew 6 help me so much. Have a correct life against God. Sorry for any fails in my english, im brazilian.

I had so many panic attacks. And tell you: pray the Holy Rosary every day. Just in this way I had healing to my panic attacks. Since then I have never had panic attacks again. Pray every day and do fasts and penances. Believe me, please, I say this from my own life experience... It's been 2 years since I've had these panic attacks anymore.
Other clue: read spiritual lectures/books (catholics books, especially). And Bible, of course. Mathew 6 help me so much. Have a correct life against God.

Football ⚽ has ruined my life. I'm either anxious for Messi or anxious for my home country. I hope that this all ends, and that I never watch another match ever again. I hate myself, because of how easily anxious I get.
I hope you're doing alright, you shouldn't let this sort of entertainment have a huge impact in your life. Even Messi himself is a devout Christian who values God over football. I'm not saying you should stop watching football completely, but understand that it is a sport meant to be enjoyed and not worth ruining your life over.
