I can totally respect Yngwie’s approach to navigating his career - he h always done what he wants to do , and he’s always stayed true to his vision regardless of trends . That’s a very hard , and sometimes lonely, thing to do.
He is an original in the truest sense

Yngwie ages like a fine wine, he's at the top of his game now. There's a lot of people who still can't understand the complexity of his music. Glad you're still with us Yngwie and appreciate all the albums you've put out for us over the years! Keep rocking Maestro! 🎸 🤘

Even Yngwie is human! Hope he understands what he means to really a lot of us! To me he’s everything in, not only guitars, but also music, plus amazing live performances! And the interviews are great, cause being that great he also brings a combination of arrogance towards those who said something about him and humility towards his fans. Great guy ❤️

He has stated it over and over again in these interviews. He was born and raised in a Classical Music family and learned to play violin and strings before the guitar, so he prefers the high action and reverberation on the guitar strings and plays linear just like the high action and reverberation on the violin's strings.

Thanks a lot MAESTRO for your incredible music! Your music helps me ease the depression and sadness for the loss of my mother because of Covid19! When I'm down I always play your song Guardian Angel which is one of the most beautiful pieces you composed throughout your splendid career! Once again, thanks a lot Yngwie! Greets from Argentina, the land of Tango Music!

I think a lot of people mistake him for being arrogant but as a musician myself who's also very passionate I think he just has a very very string vision of what he wants and gets frustrated with people misunderstanding. I also think the is a language barrier which causes a little confusion but either way....he's a treasure man and influenced me

Yngwie is the father of Neoclassical and the style is still borrowed by all the modern players today. With that said, no one does it better, still. Can't be touched.

I think he is just a regular dude and yes misunderstood. He may have had a little arrogance in his younger days but I believe it was because of all the attention he received and was some what guarded..

unpopular oppinion: yngwies intelect is underestimated. May seem simple, but I say he has quite the IQ to be able to compose, arrange, remember theese compositions.
