Fun fact for everyone:
In the halloween trailer for Trivia Murder Party, all 8 dolls can be seen at the start with their player names indicating what they represent.
*The Seven Deadly Sins* + *Despair* because they're probs about to die idk
The red doll is *Wrath* . That's why it's always angry and intimidating.
The orange doll is *Gluttony* . Well, it's the chubbiest doll out of all of them.
The yellow doll is *Lust* . I have no idea about this one.
The green doll is *Envy* . Perhaps the frown-y expression explains that.
The blue doll is *Greed* . Probably that's the reason why it looks like a shark.
The purple doll is *Pride* . Explains the smile and one eye (narrow eyed, only sees oneself).
The grey doll is *Sloth* . That's why it's a pillow! (also judging from the grunts they make, seems to be the only feminine avatar)
The pink doll is *Despair* , the only avatar not based off a deadly sin. Instead it describes the attitude taken when victims are being kidnapped and only one can escape... or none. It expects to die... and falls into despair.
So there you go, if you wanna call them by something instead of "That (color) Avatar" feel free to use these.
Not sure if these are names or just a lil "hey fun fact here's how we design the avatars"

I have some other reasons why they may represent the sins they have:
*Lust...I made the worst assumption on why, in which I kind of hope that's incorrect.
*Envy is green, like the phrase of "Green with Envy" and it's also the colour most associated with that sin as well.
*Greed seems to be based off the Predatory Loans shark from Bidiots in Pack 2, makes sense since...well, Greedy Loansharks
I didn't even know about that aspect of Pride with the only sees oneself, that's pretty interesting! o:

Gluttony: bad memory
Envy: not immune to poison
Greed: bad memory
Pride: death by dice
Sloth: Had the worst drawing
Despair: overtaken by smarter player
Survivor: lust
In the dice part, it was funny that Sloth was asleep, but she was awakened. :D

Why haven’t I discovered this earlier? In my mind, Trivia Murder Party (TMP) is probably my favorite game in any Jackbox. Everything is fair, the music is tense and comedic, the characters are memorable, it’s straight up GENIUS! And I love this animation btw, this just adds to why I love this game

Can you believe this is 5 years old already? I still remember finding these games for the first time, back when they were more obscure. Good times. I feel like TMP especially caused a BIG surge in popularity for Jackbox.

I like Lust. He looks funny.
I also like Pride because he's purple and I like purple. His face also looks kind of cute. They're all pretty cute and interesting, it's really kind of hard to pick a favorite.
But I do know my favorite from the sequel has to be Nerd. Just look at him, he's adorable.

Jester: Stabbed from magic trick in "Skewers"
Believer: Less words in "Dictation" Including the real life death, from being crushed by a Bowling ball
Sheriff: Spun bad in the "Loser Wheel"
Alpha: Landed on a death zone in "Pegs"
Nerd: Got Mind Meld!
Red Herring: Drowned in the tank from "Lock and Key" against The Lovers
Lovers: Survivor
I'd change the position of the Sheriff and Lovers.

Here's how I'd do it:
Screamer: First to die, stabbed in Skewers. Died by getting stabbed by a sword.
Jester: Everyone hated his tattoo in Tattoos. Died by electrocution.
Red Herring: Got too greedy during Scratch-Off. Died by getting stabbed by nails.
Believer: Rolled too high with 6 dice in High Rollers. Died by being frozen.
Lovers: Fell into a death zone during the Pegs minigame. Died by getting caught in a trap.
Nerd: Failed to follow more rules than one of the players. Died by getting sliced by a sword.
Alpha: Got mind melded, matching with one of the players. Died by getting shot. Last one to die before the Final Round.
Survivor: Sheriff.
Oh, and Sheriff survives the Loser Wheel once, right before Alpha dies. I replaced Chalices and Dictation with Tattoos and Scratch-Off, to show more of the newer minigames.
I could've killed off someone with Quiplash, putting them against Jester (random headcanon drop: his favorite game is Quiplash) and having them lose to him.

It might be someone else singing the song, while the animatic mostly focuses on Envy as the main character. But it does seem like it'd make sense for Envy to supposedly be the one singing as shown in this animatic, or Lust, as he is the survivor at the end. Maybe this would've made a little more sense if the animatic focused more on Lust. But I doubt either of them would be the one singing it. It might as well be the player character themself who's singing it. Doesn't matter which one, it could literally be anyone singing the song.
This Channel deserves a lot of attention this is great animation
The 8 dolls from this video disliked this, and lust press the dislike button because of PTSD, and host likes this because he killed 7 dolls and this is his game’s anthem

Although, being a fan of the games where your survival is dependent on simple choices by others (i.e. Arena and Decisions Decisions), I can imagine Gluttony and Greed (ironically) being killed at Decisions Decisions (They saw the money, closed their eyes, determined not to take it, opened their eyes and...)
or Arena being the game that claims the first player (They were trying to attack someone, but the one they attacked defended and hence they were killed by nail gun whilst trying desperately to break the shield)
...Although neither of these seem to have that minigame feel to them...
...AND both are probably less easy to animate...
I honestly think it would be ironic if Sloth was having the fingers minigame, but refused and died, and then used this as an advantage by doing some research on everything. It would be easier to cheat than guess. And no one said it was forbidden.
Knowing Greed, he'd definitely take it in the decisions decisions minigame. And it would be guaranteed he'd die with the greed minigame. Literally just takes the highest amount of money you can possibly take from the minigame (if there is a limit. if not, then simply just $1,000) because, well, you'd likely imagine he's greedy.
