Thiefnubu is a greedy man, he doesn't do things of such free, he must have diverted more than half of the contract fund to himself. He's fond of taking money from contracts as done in Lagos before.

Did you just say OBJ built the refineries? Please,google is there for you to verify. The first refinery was built by Shell in 1965.
@ And where was that? He built Kaduna and Warri refineries.
