You can’t beat metal fenders and stock body lines! It’s still all up in the air! But molded to make it look OEM++ would be insane😭

The way he did his widebody is like a freak of nature, which is a good thing. Obviously he did it right, but its up to you if you want it. Personally in my opinion, since you live in a beautiful climate area, do it 100%. If you live in a crappy POS area like me (NY) then staying stock is a must
It’s so nice in person! I loved it! Worth the drive to see! I would personally mold it to keep more of an OEM style look but the rivets definitely look aggressive and go with his wing and the rest of his lip kits!!!! But I def like stockbody as well😭

Yea man, in my opinion your whip is clean af the way it is, clean and classic, subtle. The wide body looks cool, but not something I'd consider as it takes away from the appeal and clean lines of the 3rd gen IS which is clean and sexy af..one of the main reasons I bought my 350. Plus I can never get over those unsightly rivets. Looks too much like a rocket bunny.. just my .02... oooohhhh ✌🏾☀️

Make the car right by dropping an RCF engine, adding the stage 4 RR racing RCF tune, wide body with rivets (very necessary) plus F badges, and then put the RCF track edition Big wang on the back.
Create the 3IS Lexus ISF that Lexus was too scared to sell.
That’s my dream build with my mostly stock 14’ IS350 when I finish college at CSUMB and get a software engineering job in the bay.
(It’s mostly plug & play btw, look at @Lexus_exclusive on Instagram, and you won’t get CA state reffed as the engine is 2015+)
That would be the dream if I had all the money in the world! I have talked to her before and she’s discussed the swap and walked me through it! It’s still way too expensive for me not to mention the labor it would cost😅
It’s all mostly plug n play minus having to push the radiator an inch forward as well as making my hood fit because I don’t like the MVtuning hood. It would be awesome to throw in the RCF V8 but it would definitely be a $15k-25k project....😭

Honestly man thinking about it now, the widebody is dope but I would definitely go supercharger first. I also have a 350F and just like Alex I REALLY want it to be faster. Your car already stands out so much with the blackpearl front end and side skirts, I definitely think SC is the way to go.

I think you should wide body it it look good on the other car but I wouldn't put too big of a ram so that way you don't have to do a lot of cutting fortunately with my Mustang with my wide body in how big a ram I have I didn't had to cut

Lessons learned for me: Widebody is for attention. I *LOVE* driving so much, there's no way I'd limit my driving experience unless I have the space for a weekend show-car.

Your lexus would look great with a widebody. Personally I would mold the kit and not use the big wing because your trunk already looks pretty damn good. But hey that's just my opinion, its your car so build it however you want

Thank you for watching!! My first car was a 2006 BMW 325i (E90). It was free! My parents gave it to me but there was a lot of things I had to fix! The Lexus was my first real car I purchased myself!

It’s personal preference IMO but honestly you will get tired of it after a few years and may regret it down the road. Lot of my friends that have gone wide body, regret it a few years later. Unless it’s a RUF Porsche widebody that’s a different story.
That’s what I feel like would happen as well... unless I mold it so good to the point that it looks OEM++! That would be pretty cool! But I definitely love stockbody and my metal fenders hah

@@JasonNguyen i bet.... i think the only negative is with a wider tire it could be a issue with drive line. Reason i say this is i have 19x10.5 in rear (AWD) and been told by lexus dealer it to much and there a slow oil leak in rear and will have to replace it. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ but im researching everything specially seeing they dont want to cover do to aftermarket rims🤦♂️
