The term "master" just means "original" (as in "master recording"); the master bolt is the template for all of Zeus's lightning bolts, which is what makes it so valuable. As for Grover's age, yes, satyrs mature at half the rate of humans, so Grover, Percy and Annabeth are all of the same maturity/age level.
I had no idea Lin-Manuel would be in this show but it made complete sense since I had already seen what he could do in a somewhat similar setting on His Dark Materials. 🙂
Honestly Camp Half Blood should be doing theatre stuff. Dionysus is technically in charge and besides being the god Wine and Revelry is also the god of theatre. There should be at least two productions a year.
